I greatly appreciate it, you service was prompt so avoiding any problems with my building management as only dogs under 30lbs are allowed so my German Shepherd is now more than welcome here as Service Dogs/ESD don't apply to that rule in BC. On top of all the certification an d letter, my local Doctor supported my need for a ESD by providing me with a letter as well. Great work, I am glad that this service is provided so I can't enjoy life to the fullest with my furry friend.

Your site was very confusing Your site was very confusing. I made numerous requests for your help, to no avail. I only got help via phone after more than 3 weeks of calling daily. Thankfully I finally got a call back, & the gentleman on the phone was able to set up my purchase of pkg. Then I was finally helped yet again to register my dog. All in all it was not an easy process. In future I would suggest than you send out the appropriate info. when requested, also reply to your phone calls, especially when someone tries daily for weeks on end. Site needs to be more informative for customer Site was difficult to navigate. Once a mistake was made, I had to write to the tech support to change the name on the letter because I couldn't change it on my own. They responded quickly and made the changes immediately. The explanations of the the different packages weren't very clear. I haven't used the letter yet, so I will have to see if it worked for my flight.

When I renewed my pets letter it kept … When I renewed my pets letter it kept the date of 10/25/2016 and said it expired one year from that date. I renewed in October or November of 2017. Didn't give me a new date.

I did the test I did the test. I paid for the package which allowed me online access and a printable page for my pet. That being said there is nothing on my account when I log in. Every time it takes me back to the page to purchase a package. I already bought one. Not impressed. I need this letter ASAP.
