The issue comes when you arrive at the airport and the letter is not on a doctor's letterhead as expected but on Therapeutic letterhead. i had to tap dance to get them to accept it.

I had just flown to Seattle to pick up my wife's remains as she passed away after a battle with diabetes and having my dog with me really save the day. I'll always love you guys and thanks so much for the easy path, which has been very very difficult up until that point

I didn't realize the turn around time and was panicking I spent money on a company that was not going to help My experience hours later was much different. They are responsive, courteous and thoughtful. I received my certificate and after communications through them realized my panic was just that (damn anxiety). Please give yourself time when booking a flight so you don't do what I did! Definitely would recommend 😁

Good luck finding anything The website is always changing and I find it impossible to find where you log in and where my paperwork is. Once I find my paperwork I find it hard to change the 'attention to' at the top.
