Overall things went very smoothly, despite our implementation specialist leaving the company a week before our go-live date. Ally, our new IS was great and kept things moving. She gave us add'l time where needed and made sure our implementation went and smoothly as possible,

Finally.... an ATS built for the active sourcing recruiter! I always said I would build the perfect ATS someday as every system seems to be lacking something. Then I found Lever - it's like they read my mind every step of the way! What do I like? Ease of use - built from the perspective of a recruiter Fantastic implementation support (Mary is AMAZING and she knows her stuff!!!) Excellent and prompt customer service/support What do I dislike? Nothing When I have felt something was missing, I submitted to request and was either shown how to do it or was told it is currently being worked on. very progressive and growing system.

Lever Goes the extra mile with Implementation Lever really goes the extra mile to train your team and ensure them that they are taken care of. We had an amazing experience with Implementation Specialist Tom Marino. We are going to miss our calls with him. He was super friendly and helpful. Changing systems can be overwhelming- he made it very easy.

Highly recommend Lever! 3. With our old process, the problem we ran into was that it was hard to collaborate with each other . As we scaled, we knew we needed a new solution and Lever was an easy choice. I've never seen the team so responsive and thorough in their use of an ATS before. If you want a seamless process and architecture that even your developers will appreciate, without spending a fortune, Lever is by far the best option. Major shoutout to Sabrina Baron. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout our implementation.

Lever is the best ATS on the market! Tom Marino was amazing in helping us implement the system! We had a great purchase process and it was easy to implement from start to finish. Now I love using it every day - there are so many efficiencies with the system! The reporting is great and the candidate and recruiter experience is top notch.
