Great time at Chelsea area of London and at Chelsea matches … Great shirts and arrived in time before we left for London. We went to 2 Chelsea matches. The champions league semi against Real Madrid and a premier league match against Brentford. We bought more Chelsea gear at Stamford Bridge.

Despite all these negative reviews, I got my order today (10th) and I only ordered my items 2 days ago, estimated delivery was for the 15th and it's arrived 5 days early with NO faults. Great service and a few discount deals on the site. Ignore the negative reviews please it's rival fans with no life. I have been lucky that my items fit me, I do know it's a bit dear to send items back. Usually it's about 4 quid but I think it's more 5 quid with Chelsea portal. Again great service and lovely clothes. Ignore the negative "reviews" from rival fans.

Ordered the new Chelsea kit with… Ordered the new Chelsea kit with Chilwell on back (apparently this is customised) for my sons bday. Said it would take 2 weeks, it's now been 4 weeks (missed my sons bday) and when I contacted them online all they say is its been delayed, can't give a reason, offered a 15% discount on future merch, why would I buy online again!!! Certainly won't be doing that, just want the bloody kit delivered!!! BEWARE anyone thinking of buying off the online store, especially in the run up to Christmas, guaranteed to not arrive in time. Go to a store or buy a different teams kit So disappointed with the service, absolutely rubbish!!

Great I thought I would leave a review as after coming across all these bad reviews after ordering from chelsea megastore I was so worried about my purchase! I ordered a personalised kit on the Monday and after not receiving a dispatch email by the Friday and stumbling across the reviews on this site I was panicking as it did not look likely I was going to receive my order in time for my sons birthday….. I emailed customer services and i phoned them as I was unsure if I’d get a reply via email. I got straight through on the phone no problem and was told my order was currently being personalised and it would be sent out ASAP, I also later got a reply from my email stating the same. That evening I had my dispatch email and it has just arrived perfectly today (Monday) morning. So 7 days from order to delivery for 2 personalised items. Perfect 👌🏻

Sam Kerr and getting away with being Racist This has nothing to do with buying merchandise, but, I have to get this out there. Chelsea FC has openly come out and supported Sam Kerr after it was revealed that she was Racist towards a Police Officer in the UK. Just wondering if Sam Kerr was one of Chelsea's WORST players would you guys still be supporting her? I guess not. It seems you can be Racist and get away with and even be supported if you are the star player of a team. dOnT bE rIdIcUlOuS. I'm telling you now if Sam Kerr was a lower level player and wasn't the star player she would be dismissed and demonized by Chelsea FC. Also, if your employer found out YOU were Racist towards someone do you honestly think they would come out and support you? Your employer would probs fire you immediately. This is just about Chelsea keeping one of their star players. It's obvious lol.
