Then I ordered a jersey, had it customized and what I received was generic heat transfer letters and numbers. Before today, my items arrived and looked identical to the pictures on the site. Customer Service responded with canned comments. This is the end of my orders with this shop. There’s competitors that will be transparent and let you know if they can’t customize because of stock/availability reasons. For that reason alone, I’m out. I wish I had read reviews before I wish I had read reviews before. I bought an arsenal shirt. They were quick to take the payment but they never provide any update yet the delivery is overdue. I'll try to get refund though. There should be customer protection agencies, I'll check.

Radio Silence and fake promises Quick to take money and make fake promises. I was promised an immediate email after my purchase, confirming my order and update me on the shipping and handling except, that email was never sent. A week after I emailed customer service and was promised an email to help me resolve the silence except that never happened. It's been several days since my email and I'm still in the dark. I don't even know if my package will ever be shipped. My order number is 427325660 and I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back.

Scammers I got an email informing me that my order was on backorder, and when I asked to cancel it, it miraculously got shipped! And each time one different person answers your message ignoring all the previous conversation. Acting dishonestly like this, they keep scamming customers. Don't ever shop there.
