Upset because of sloppy jersey printing want compensation I ordered a Chivas jersey and a Raul Jimenez replica Mexico jersey a little over a month ago. They came in faster than expected (I live in Canada) they both fit me pretty good (size L) just I was mad because the number Raul jersey in the front was already peeling off. Few days later got a mail from them, requesting that i pay extra 61 dollar for shipping, not minding 35 dollar was posted on their website for shipping. Anyways asked them to cancel since I initially paid with PayPal and not comfortable sharing my credit card info with them.

Radio Silence and fake promises Quick to take money and make fake promises. I was promised an immediate email after my purchase, confirming my order and update me on the shipping and handling except, that email was never sent. A week after I emailed customer service and was promised an email to help me resolve the silence except that never happened. It's been several days since my email and I'm still in the dark. I don't even know if my package will ever be shipped. My order number is 427325660 and I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back.
