CAI was worried over nothing I made an order on the 15 of November 2023. On the 7th of December, I still haven’t received anything. I check the tracking number and couldn’t get anything with it. From checking the review online, I thought I was never going to see that damn shirt. I then sent «one of those email» to customer service, I told them I wanted my money back… Then about an hour later, I got a reply from them, telling me the shirt was on its way. I went out to check the mailbox and there it was!! Fastest customer service in the universe, thank you Lisa!!

GBRadio Silence and fake promises Quick to take money and make fake promises. I was promised an immediate email after my purchase, confirming my order and update me on the shipping and handling except, that email was never sent. A week after I emailed customer service and was promised an email to help me resolve the silence except that never happened. It's been several days since my email and I'm still in the dark. I don't even know if my package will ever be shipped. My order number is 427325660 and I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back.
