Radio Silence and fake promises Quick to take money and make fake promises. I was promised an immediate email after my purchase, confirming my order and update me on the shipping and handling except, that email was never sent. A week after I emailed customer service and was promised an email to help me resolve the silence except that never happened. It's been several days since my email and I'm still in the dark. I don't even know if my package will ever be shipped. My order number is 427325660 and I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back.

Meh is all I can say Meh is all I can say. I have order from this site many times with no problem. Then I ordered a jersey, had it customized and what I received was generic heat transfer letters and numbers. Before today, my items arrived and looked identical to the pictures on the site. Customer Service responded with canned comments. This is the end of my orders with this shop. There’s competitors that will be transparent and let you know if they can’t customize because of stock/availability reasons. For that reason alone, I’m out.
