Radio Silence and fake promises Quick to take money and make fake promises. I was promised an immediate email after my purchase, confirming my order and update me on the shipping and handling except, that email was never sent. A week after I emailed customer service and was promised an email to help me resolve the silence except that never happened. It's been several days since my email and I'm still in the dark. I don't even know if my package will ever be shipped. My order number is 427325660 and I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back.

I wish I had read reviews before I wish I had read reviews before. I bought an arsenal shirt. They were quick to take the payment but they never provide any update yet the delivery is overdue. I'll try to get refund though. There should be customer protection agencies, I'll check.

Upset because of sloppy jersey printing want compensation I ordered a Chivas jersey and a Raul Jimenez replica Mexico jersey a little over a month ago. They came in faster than expected (I live in Canada) they both fit me pretty good (size L) just I was mad because the number Raul jersey in the front was already peeling off. Ordered with no info on shipment I ordered a product over a week and a half ago, and I was told the item would ship immediately as they had it in stock. I have yet to receive a shipment notification. I have called their customer service twice this week and been left on hold for several minutes, ultimately hanging up because no one answered the phone. David F, please don’t respond that I should contact customer service because that’s a waste of time! My order number is 427312188. I need the tripod asap!

I had an excellent experience with this… I had an excellent experience with this company. I just recently bought a Jersey and I asked them what to expect upon delivery time. That communicated with me in real-time. And I got the package sooner than expected. Perfect experience.
