Was told they were processing my order immediately since what I wanted was in stock but i had to contact customer service to ask why it was taking to long to process. The following day they sent me an invalid tracking number that is showing no movement for the last week now. I tried even calling their customer service no-one answers. Kindly refund me if you can’t fulfill my order

Upset because of sloppy jersey printing want compensation I ordered a Chivas jersey and a Raul Jimenez replica Mexico jersey a little over a month ago. They came in faster than expected (I live in Canada) they both fit me pretty good (size L) just I was mad because the number Raul jersey in the front was already peeling off. I was worried over nothing I made an order on the 15 of November 2023. On the 7th of December, I still haven’t received anything. I check the tracking number and couldn’t get anything with it. From checking the review online, I thought I was never going to see that damn shirt. I then sent «one of those email» to customer service, I told them I wanted my money back… Then about an hour later, I got a reply from them, telling me the shirt was on its way. I went out to check the mailbox and there it was!! Fastest customer service in the universe, thank you Lisa!!

I wish I had read reviews before I wish I had read reviews before. I bought an arsenal shirt. They were quick to take the payment but they never provide any update yet the delivery is overdue. I'll try to get refund though. There should be customer protection agencies, I'll check.

The whole episode dealing with… The whole episode dealing with worldsoccershop looks like scam or deceptive marketing. Order a jersey on the site with a flat rate FedEx shipping to Canada. Few days later got a mail from them, requesting that i pay extra 61 dollar for shipping, not minding 35 dollar was posted on their website for shipping. Anyways asked them to cancel since I initially paid with PayPal and not comfortable sharing my credit card info with them.
