CAI was worried over nothing I made an order on the 15 of November 2023. On the 7th of December, I still haven’t received anything. I check the tracking number and couldn’t get anything with it. From checking the review online, I thought I was never going to see that damn shirt. I then sent «one of those email» to customer service, I told them I wanted my money back… Then about an hour later, I got a reply from them, telling me the shirt was on its way. I went out to check the mailbox and there it was!! Fastest customer service in the universe, thank you Lisa!!

GBMeh is all I can say Meh is all I can say. I have order from this site many times with no problem. Then I ordered a jersey, had it customized and what I received was generic heat transfer letters and numbers. Before today, my items arrived and looked identical to the pictures on the site. Customer Service responded with canned comments. This is the end of my orders with this shop. There’s competitors that will be transparent and let you know if they can’t customize because of stock/availability reasons. For that reason alone, I’m out. Edit- I was asked to provide an order number. Please feel free to follow up with your customer service representative named Jonathan B. (October 11th was the last communication) if you truly desire details about this transaction.
