Do not order from them Do not order from them. Its been 3 weeks now and I haven’t received my order. Was told they were processing my order immediately since what I wanted was in stock but i had to contact customer service to ask why it was taking to long to process. The following day they sent me an invalid tracking number that is showing no movement for the last week now. I tried even calling their customer service no-one answers. Kindly refund me if you can’t fulfill my order

Scammers I got an email informing me that my order was on backorder, and when I asked to cancel it, it miraculously got shipped! And each time one different person answers your message ignoring all the previous conversation. Acting dishonestly like this, they keep scamming customers. Don't ever shop there.

I was promised an immediate email after my purchase, confirming my order and update me on the shipping and handling except, that email was never sent. A week after I emailed customer service and was promised an email to help me resolve the silence except that never happened. It's been several days since my email and I'm still in the dark. I don't even know if my package will ever be shipped. My order number is 427325660 and I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back.
