Radio Silence and fake promises Quick to take money and make fake promises. I was promised an immediate email after my purchase, confirming my order and update me on the shipping and handling except, that email was never sent. A week after I emailed customer service and was promised an email to help me resolve the silence except that never happened. It's been several days since my email and I'm still in the dark. I don't even know if my package will ever be shipped. My order number is 427325660 and I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back.

The standard shipping was extremely fast it only took 4 days for my package to arrive. They kept sending me updates on its whereabouts too. The jersey came in perfect condition.
