I had only placed my order for a jersey earlier today before coming across these sad reviews. I was worried over nothing I made an order on the 15 of November 2023. On the 7th of December, I still haven’t received anything. I check the tracking number and couldn’t get anything with it. From checking the review online, I thought I was never going to see that damn shirt. I then sent «one of those email» to customer service, I told them I wanted my money back… Then about an hour later, I got a reply from them, telling me the shirt was on its way. I went out to check the mailbox and there it was!! Fastest customer service in the universe, thank you Lisa!!

Action has been taken against this company and they will be handled accordingly so they are held accountable and are not able to defraud any more innocent customers. All of their responses are generic and hold no value. Worst experience in all my online shopping experience. If you value your money that you work hard for - DO NOT use this company.

The whole episode dealing with… The whole episode dealing with worldsoccershop looks like scam or deceptive marketing. Order a jersey on the site with a flat rate FedEx shipping to Canada. Few days later got a mail from them, requesting that i pay extra 61 dollar for shipping, not minding 35 dollar was posted on their website for shipping. Anyways asked them to cancel since I initially paid with PayPal and not comfortable sharing my credit card info with them.
