Ordered with no info on shipment I ordered a product over a week and a half ago, and I was told the item would ship immediately as they had it in stock. I have yet to receive a shipment notification. I have called their customer service twice this week and been left on hold for several minutes, ultimately hanging up because no one answered the phone. The standard shipping was extremely fast it only took 4 days for my package to arrive. They kept sending me updates on its whereabouts too. The jersey came in perfect condition. The website is easy to navigate and there’s a lot of information surrounding the company and its reliability.
