Ordered with no info on shipment I ordered a product over a week and a half ago, and I was told the item would ship immediately as they had it in stock. I have yet to receive a shipment notification. I have called their customer service twice this week and been left on hold for several minutes, ultimately hanging up because no one answered the phone. Radio Silence and fake promises Quick to take money and make fake promises. I was promised an immediate email after my purchase, confirming my order and update me on the shipping and handling except, that email was never sent. A week after I emailed customer service and was promised an email to help me resolve the silence except that never happened. It's been several days since my email and I'm still in the dark. I don't even know if my package will ever be shipped. My order number is 427325660 and I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back.
