And each time one different person answers your message ignoring all the previous conversation. Acting dishonestly like this, they keep scamming customers. Don't ever shop there.

I was promised an immediate email after my purchase, confirming my order and update me on the shipping and handling except, that email was never sent. A week after I emailed customer service and was promised an email to help me resolve the silence except that never happened. It's been several days since my email and I'm still in the dark. I don't even know if my package will ever be shipped. My order number is 427325660 and I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back.
