GBGreat customer service Great customer service! The bat we ordered for our grandson’s birthday was obviously a “hot” item. Delivery was delayed since demand was exceeding supply. GBThis company sent me the wrong size at… This company sent me the wrong size at first but when contacted was very helpful right away and resent the correct size plus more items. My son was very pleased with all the items sent. I will be purchasing from this company again in the future.

GBWrong Size on the Website The item I ordered was labeled on the website as size "Youth". When it arrived, it was size "Junior Youth" which is too small for my son. Unsure as to why, my email went into the Spam folder so it took extra time to process my return request according to the instructions posted online. Once the email was found, the return label was created and emailed to me quickly.
