I had ordered the wrong glove and he had gotten back with me immediately after ordering it to fix it and communicate with me! He also made sure everything was right and even went out of his way to find me something that they didn't have right then and there! USGreat customer service Great customer service! The bat we ordered for our grandson’s birthday was obviously a “hot” item. Delivery was delayed since demand was exceeding supply. Steven was very good about staying in touch with us with frequent updates. A delayed delivery is much easier to tolerate when someone is keeping you in the loop!! Thanks again, Bat Flip Shop!

USWrong Size on the Website The item I ordered was labeled on the website as size "Youth". When it arrived, it was size "Junior Youth" which is too small for my son. Unsure as to why, my email went into the Spam folder so it took extra time to process my return request according to the instructions posted online. Once the email was found, the return label was created and emailed to me quickly.

USBatflipshop does it again! Batflipshop does it again! More kudos to my new friend from California - Steve. When Steve was having difficulties getting my helmet from the manufacturer, he took it upon himself to send me a different helmet in the meantime to protect my melon. Then, the helmet I was waiting for magically turned into a new bat, thanks to the generosity of Steve. I can't tell you how great it is to receive such excellent customer service.
