BudgetCues as a company is a level of incredible umatched by others Let me start by saying the level of service I got from the BudgetCues team was absolutely incredible and I will definitely be doing future business with them. This is a bit of a story, but I ordered a new Meucci Casino-7 in spades with an uncoated wrap. Unfortunately when it arrived it was the wrong model. I contacted BudgetCues and worked with Julia. She and her whole team made everything right without missing a beat. I was able to get the original cue out the door the same day she and the team contacted me. At the same time they already had my replacement cue over to Meucci to finish the custom job. After that it showed up 3 days later. I am so thankful and impressed with the level of service I received. I will NOT hesitate to do further business or to recommend BudgetCues to others. The cue itself is amazing. I own multiple cues from multiple brands. The way this plays is amazing. It has such a soft feel with such a high level of control. It is also one of the most beautiful cues I now own. Great Customer Service, quick delivery They didn't have the Lucasi I origially ordered, but notified me the very next morning and they were able to help me find a nicer cue for about the same price. It was delivered 3 days after I placed the order even with the Lucasi being out of stock. Very quick and reaponsive customer support. Will order from this company again and suggest to friends.

Amazing I changed the pin in my cue. I was told 4-6 weeks. The cue showed up in about 3 weeks. Very happy. Budget Billiards is any players best bet, great prices, they listen, fastest shipping ive ever seen! I'll definitely buy with them again!
