I have just recently spent $1300 on… I have just recently spent $1300 on their website and they have took the money out of my account and I still have not got a order number or a tracking number and I got overnight shipping and I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for the past two days can anybody help me with a contact number instead of an email or a certificate to send in to them because they are not replying back

This is a bit of a story, but I ordered a new Meucci Casino-7 in spades with an uncoated wrap. Unfortunately when it arrived it was the wrong model. I contacted BudgetCues and worked with Julia. She and her whole team made everything right without missing a beat. I was able to get the original cue out the door the same day she and the team contacted me. At the same time they already had my replacement cue over to Meucci to finish the custom job. After that it showed up 3 days later.
