Excellent Prices, Need AutoShip Excellent prices and customer service. However, an autoship feature would be very helpful. As someone who often forgets her own Rx refills - and as the person who orders our pet meds but does not administer them- I often find us using the last pill on the same day the new shipment arrives because I ordered at the last minute! Having autoship, like my human pharmacy does, would be wonderful!

I ordered my dog's medicine on 12/2 … I ordered my dog's medicine on 12/23, it waws approved by my vet and faxed to KV supplies on 12/26. Nothing, no medications, excuses when I call customer service. Today, I was supposed to received a tracking number. No call back, nothing. Pathetic. I'm cancelling my order NOW.

Good company, gone bad. Save yourself frustration and do not order from this company anymore. I have placed orders with this company for years and never had a problem. Now I am experiencing really bad service. Promises of delivery dates broken, promises of customer service callbacks broken, wasted time on the phone with customer service. On my last phone call with customer service, I started asking questions about the company and was told KV was bought out by someone else. This most likely explains the decline.

KV supply is no longer a good … KV supply is no longer a good company,it has been sold 2 times since 2013. It is now owned by TABcom LLC the same company that owns 1800Petssupplies.com, Horse.com and Dog.com . It has raised it's prices,closed it's original operation in Davis City and consolidated it's operation. Discounts are a scam and prices are higher. There are much better sites out there. Shop and you will do much better then the KV supply site.
