GBQuick normal delivery KV has quick response to ship products as long as they are in stock. Lately been having trouble though with things I need to order being out of stock and the star rating may change for me if this trend continues. It is difficult when you place an order but run out of the supplement because they didn't come back in stock in time. You run around to find the product elsewhere and pay more then your backorder arrives and you are double stocked and double payed for awhile.

GBIf i could give zero stars I would If i could give zero stars I would! I ordered 10 heated water buckets a few days ago, they were on sale and had a discount code. I'm sorry I thought i found a good deal. I just got a call saying they discontinued the item because they wouldn't make much money on it!! Literally told me that! Then i went on their website and they didn't discontinue it they DOUBLED THE PRICE OF IT!! They took my money and then a few days later canceled my sale because they wont make a ton of money off of me???? False advertising, deceptive business practices and terrible customer service. They have lost the potential of thousands of dollars from me and my business. I didn't magically make up their pricing, they did!! I just accepted the offer. I just gave my money to another retailer instead.

GBKV supply is no longer a good … KV supply is no longer a good company,it has been sold 2 times since 2013. It is now owned by TABcom LLC the same company that owns 1800Petssupplies.com, Horse.com and Dog.com . It has raised it's prices,closed it's original operation in Davis City and consolidated it's operation. Discounts are a scam and prices are higher. There are much better sites out there. Shop and you will do much better then the KV supply site.

GBDONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company had my order for veterinary meds that had to be cold shipped and they held it for THREE WEEKS blaming it on the bad weather that was in Texas (they are not in Texas) even though neither UPS nor FEDEX nor USPS had delays of more than one day in those places. So I ordered at another place and called to cancel and then they sent my package anyway and billed me TWO WEEKS after I cancelled it. I sent them the cancellation confirmation and they still billed me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

GBI AM NOT SURE WHAT TO MAKE OF THEM I tried to order prescription medication that required a prescription from my vet. After giving my credit card info it told me to click a link for instructions on how to get the prescription to them. The link did not work after many trys. The last time I clicked it my antivirus flagged that the sight was attempting to download multiple files to my device. I am now monitoring my account for fraud. I never got the medicine.
