They are incompetent They are incompetent. Called to place a prescription refill, she said she couldn't place the order that night (5:45 pm). Called the next day, that person couldn't find my account! It took her literally 15 minutes! Once she found it, it was another 10 minutes to complete the order. This is the last in a series of similar dealings with them, we're switching to another pharmacy.

I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO MAKE OF THEM I tried to order prescription medication that required a prescription from my vet. After giving my credit card info it told me to click a link for instructions on how to get the prescription to them. The link did not work after many trys. The last time I clicked it my antivirus flagged that the sight was attempting to download multiple files to my device. I am now monitoring my account for fraud. I never got the medicine.

I ordered my dog's medicine on 12/2 … I ordered my dog's medicine on 12/23, it waws approved by my vet and faxed to KV supplies on 12/26. Nothing, no medications, excuses when I call customer service. Today, I was supposed to received a tracking number. No call back, nothing. Pathetic. I'm cancelling my order NOW.

Product images and actual product do not match If I could give 0 stars I would. The product listing pictures were not what the product actually was. The title and picture of product were not the same. "It's your fault for not reading more carefully" was what I was told when I called after I received the wrong product. Horrible customer service, representative was rude.

Quick normal delivery KV has quick response to ship products as long as they are in stock. Lately been having trouble though with things I need to order being out of stock and the star rating may change for me if this trend continues. It is difficult when you place an order but run out of the supplement because they didn't come back in stock in time. You run around to find the product elsewhere and pay more then your backorder arrives and you are double stocked and double payed for awhile.
