Did not receive order, no communication Our dog requires medicine for a pretty serious liver issue. We had it set to ship on October 7th. It is now October 28th and we haven't received it and are running VERY low on a critical medicine that is difficult to get locally. We received an email last night that it was still pending. I called this morning to check on the order and was told that they are no longer shipping to California or Maine. This was never communicated to us. I requested to cancel the order. We have not received confirmation that it is being cancelled and we are now scrambling to find this medicine locally before our supply runs out.

If i could give zero stars I would If i could give zero stars I would! I ordered 10 heated water buckets a few days ago, they were on sale and had a discount code. I'm sorry I thought i found a good deal. I just got a call saying they discontinued the item because they wouldn't make much money on it!! Literally told me that! Then i went on their website and they didn't discontinue it they DOUBLED THE PRICE OF IT!! They took my money and then a few days later canceled my sale because they wont make a ton of money off of me???? False advertising, deceptive business practices and terrible customer service. They have lost the potential of thousands of dollars from me and my business. I didn't magically make up their pricing, they did!! I just accepted the offer. I just gave my money to another retailer instead.

They are incompetent They are incompetent. Called to place a prescription refill, she said she couldn't place the order that night (5:45 pm). Called the next day, that person couldn't find my account! It took her literally 15 minutes! Once she found it, it was another 10 minutes to complete the order. This is the last in a series of similar dealings with them, we're switching to another pharmacy.

Great service. Was able to speak directly with the pharmacist. She contacted the vet office as required for the prescription. Filled same day and was to me within two days by standard free delivery. Meds had great expiration dates with half the price of the vet office AND they are VIPPS accredited by the NABP, which every pet owner should check and verify. Great experience! They will be my go to pet pharmacy for everything.
