GBCompany is awful to deal with Company is awful to deal with. Takes forever to get through and don't respond email in a timely manner. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and called to get a status. CSR could not tell me what the status of the order. Needed to contact Pharmacy department for disposition. When challenged about the $$ already paid for the order - CSR said to me that $$ was preauthorized only - which is totally inaccurate - money was already debited/charged 3 weeks ago with no status on order fulfillment, delays in the order or anything. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Be forwarned!

GBDONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company had my order for veterinary meds that had to be cold shipped and they held it for THREE WEEKS blaming it on the bad weather that was in Texas (they are not in Texas) even though neither UPS nor FEDEX nor USPS had delays of more than one day in those places. So I ordered at another place and called to cancel and then they sent my package anyway and billed me TWO WEEKS after I cancelled it. I sent them the cancellation confirmation and they still billed me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

GBI ordered my dog's medicine on 12/2 … I ordered my dog's medicine on 12/23, it waws approved by my vet and faxed to KV supplies on 12/26. Nothing, no medications, excuses when I call customer service. Today, I was supposed to received a tracking number. No call back, nothing. Pathetic. I'm cancelling my order NOW.

GBGood company, gone bad. Save yourself frustration and do not order from this company anymore. I have placed orders with this company for years and never had a problem. Now I am experiencing really bad service. Promises of delivery dates broken, promises of customer service callbacks broken, wasted time on the phone with customer service. On my last phone call with customer service, I started asking questions about the company and was told KV was bought out by someone else. This most likely explains the decline.

GBThey are incompetent They are incompetent. Called to place a prescription refill, she said she couldn't place the order that night (5:45 pm). Called the next day, that person couldn't find my account! It took her literally 15 minutes! Once she found it, it was another 10 minutes to complete the order. This is the last in a series of similar dealings with them, we're switching to another pharmacy.
