GBGood company, gone bad. Save yourself frustration and do not order from this company anymore. I have placed orders with this company for years and never had a problem. Now I am experiencing really bad service. Promises of delivery dates broken, promises of customer service callbacks broken, wasted time on the phone with customer service. On my last phone call with customer service, I started asking questions about the company and was told KV was bought out by someone else. This most likely explains the decline.

GBExcellent Prices, Need AutoShip Excellent prices and customer service. However, an autoship feature would be very helpful. As someone who often forgets her own Rx refills - and as the person who orders our pet meds but does not administer them- I often find us using the last pill on the same day the new shipment arrives because I ordered at the last minute! Having autoship, like my human pharmacy does, would be wonderful!

GBThey're the best! I've been a customer of KV for almost 20 years, and they've never let me or my pets down. Prices are competitive, shipping is free, and their customer service is heads above everyone else - their people are courteous, friendly and professional. Plus they're the company I always go to for my pet's standard prescription needs. If their website hiccups, you can always call in and they'll take care of you in person. I recommend them to my coworkers, friends and acquaintances whenever they need pet supplies.

GBCompany is awful to deal with Company is awful to deal with. Takes forever to get through and don't respond email in a timely manner. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and called to get a status. CSR could not tell me what the status of the order. Needed to contact Pharmacy department for disposition. When challenged about the $$ already paid for the order - CSR said to me that $$ was preauthorized only - which is totally inaccurate - money was already debited/charged 3 weeks ago with no status on order fulfillment, delays in the order or anything. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Be forwarned!

GBQuick normal delivery KV has quick response to ship products as long as they are in stock. Lately been having trouble though with things I need to order being out of stock and the star rating may change for me if this trend continues. It is difficult when you place an order but run out of the supplement because they didn't come back in stock in time. You run around to find the product elsewhere and pay more then your backorder arrives and you are double stocked and double payed for awhile.
