Horrible Unpleasant Experience Ordered socks AUG 22 and they NEVER ARRIVED. Contacted customer service (joke) and they NEVER RESPONDED. Thanks for ruining a birthday and ripping me off!!

Terrible shipping Ordered a puzzle on 4/7/2020 and shipped 4/14/2020. Supposedly it was coming from California but 14 days later I have received nothing. Info says should’ve been received a week ago, then yesterday and now no info. Messaged customer service and they just keep saying wait a couple more days. Shipping sucks!!! And now no response from them.

Best Service Ever And Quality Socks! The amount of patience they had with our design for the socks was out of this world. Not only did they work with us and our (aggressively) many design restrictions we had on the socks, but they offered several mockups that helped visualize the socks and get them to their final (and amazing) version and helped us with our limited timeline! Would highly recommend for any organization who is looking to make socks. They are truly the best!

And as a non profit organization, we found pricing to be very competitive. But that's not the only reason why we keep coming back and don't look elsewhere. Custom Sock Shop customer service is second to none. The team is responsive, friendly, accommodating, reliable and true to their word. From time to time a hiccup in the process may occur - it's nice to know your supplier stands by their product 100%. Finished product is WAY better than I… Finished product is WAY better than I imagined! I had a great experience working with customer service through a few questions and road bumps in the process (some of them admittedly my fault), and could not be more pleased with the final product. Will definitely be using them again (as the socks were given as board/staff gifts and were also a huge hit!!).
