However, our issue was addressed the same day and a new order was processed with the correct design and name. They were very understanding and professional and handled our order in a timely manner. Shipping and Customer Service I placed an order on April 8. I paid for express shipping. I have emailed twice with slow response to my email asking about my order. I received an email on April 14, stating the order shipped ( reminder I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING) and it is now April 20th and the email stated that it would be 8-12 more days. There is NOTHING express about this company. Very disappointed and I don’t even have the product yet.

Same order experience with other people who order puzzle I have the same experience with other people who wrote on the puzzle order. I did the same thing and the tracking is stuck on awaiting package for more than 12 days. If this is a scam company why is the custom sock shop has the option to order a puzzle?
