Shipping and Customer Service I placed an order on April 8. I paid for express shipping. I have emailed twice with slow response to my email asking about my order. I received an email on April 14, stating the order shipped ( reminder I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING) and it is now April 20th and the email stated that it would be 8-12 more days. There is NOTHING express about this company. Very disappointed and I don’t even have the product yet.

The process was simple, I chose my sock and then uploaded my design.Within one business day, Vanessa and Jason reached out to me with wonderful design suggestions. Good company Good company, very friendly. They do, however, do all design communication in writing and many details can get missed in the back-and-forth were you find that you are repeating yourself even though you had just put it in writing a few emails before. Other than that, great company!

Best Service Ever And Quality Socks! The amount of patience they had with our design for the socks was out of this world. Not only did they work with us and our (aggressively) many design restrictions we had on the socks, but they offered several mockups that helped visualize the socks and get them to their final (and amazing) version and helped us with our limited timeline!
