Best Service Ever And Quality Socks! The amount of patience they had with our design for the socks was out of this world. Not only did they work with us and our (aggressively) many design restrictions we had on the socks, but they offered several mockups that helped visualize the socks and get them to their final (and amazing) version and helped us with our limited timeline! Would highly recommend for any organization who is looking to make socks. They are truly the best!

Ordered Socks and they are beautifully… Ordered Socks and they are beautifully crafted! We had an issue with receiving the socks with the wrong name applied to the design. However, our issue was addressed the same day and a new order was processed with the correct design and name. They were very understanding and professional and handled our order in a timely manner. It would have been fine but then they… It would have been fine but then they emailed me after getting it all done and handled and told me it would be a month until we would get our order because we were a smaller order. I didn't cancel it because I will make it work with my sales team but it sucks because I would have liked to have given them their gift when we did our meeting. At any rate, it is what it is I guess.

Low quality products, even worse customer service. Terrible company! Products arrived several days later than promised (thus missing the holiday for which I planned to give them as gifts). Even worse was the shockingly low quality of the socks--they were as thin as ladies nylons, and the custom images were poorly applied (edges were unclear, portions of the image were cut off). I tried MULTIPLE times with their customer service to get a refund and was refused each time. Have not had such bad service in many years. Do not waste your time and money!

Great customer service Easy to use website, many color options and fast customer service. They even messaged me after placing my order to inform me certain colors would be hard to see together and helped me to quickly resolve these issues. Only downside, I wish they had more font options.
