Great customer service Easy to use website, many color options and fast customer service. They even messaged me after placing my order to inform me certain colors would be hard to see together and helped me to quickly resolve these issues. Only downside, I wish they had more font options.

Shopping for promo socks, look no further We've been working with Custom Sock Shop for several years now. I wish I could give them 6 stars. The quality and designs are exceptional. And as a non profit organization, we found pricing to be very competitive. But that's not the only reason why we keep coming back and don't look elsewhere. Custom Sock Shop customer service is second to none. The team is responsive, friendly, accommodating, reliable and true to their word. From time to time a hiccup in the process may occur - it's nice to know your supplier stands by their product 100%. Our supporters love their socks that they receive from our Foundation and we typically sell out year to year. Very successful. Love me some socks from Custom Sock Shop!!

Horrible Unpleasant Experience Ordered socks AUG 22 and they NEVER ARRIVED. Contacted customer service (joke) and they NEVER RESPONDED. Thanks for ruining a birthday and ripping me off!!

Low quality products, even worse customer service. Terrible company! Products arrived several days later than promised (thus missing the holiday for which I planned to give them as gifts). Even worse was the shockingly low quality of the socks--they were as thin as ladies nylons, and the custom images were poorly applied (edges were unclear, portions of the image were cut off). I tried MULTIPLE times with their customer service to get a refund and was refused each time. Have not had such bad service in many years. Do not waste your time and money!

It would have been fine but then they… It would have been fine but then they emailed me after getting it all done and handled and told me it would be a month until we would get our order because we were a smaller order. I didn't cancel it because I will make it work with my sales team but it sucks because I would have liked to have given them their gift when we did our meeting. At any rate, it is what it is I guess.
