However, our issue was addressed the same day and a new order was processed with the correct design and name. They were very understanding and professional and handled our order in a timely manner. Best Service Ever And Quality Socks! The amount of patience they had with our design for the socks was out of this world. Not only did they work with us and our (aggressively) many design restrictions we had on the socks, but they offered several mockups that helped visualize the socks and get them to their final (and amazing) version and helped us with our limited timeline! Would highly recommend for any organization who is looking to make socks. They are truly the best!

Same order experience with other people who order puzzle I have the same experience with other people who wrote on the puzzle order. I did the same thing and the tracking is stuck on awaiting package for more than 12 days. If this is a scam company why is the custom sock shop has the option to order a puzzle?

Terrible shipping Ordered a puzzle on 4/7/2020 and shipped 4/14/2020. Supposedly it was coming from California but 14 days later I have received nothing. Info says should’ve been received a week ago, then yesterday and now no info. Messaged customer service and they just keep saying wait a couple more days. Shipping sucks!!! And now no response from them.

Low quality products, even worse customer service. Terrible company! Products arrived several days later than promised (thus missing the holiday for which I planned to give them as gifts). Even worse was the shockingly low quality of the socks--they were as thin as ladies nylons, and the custom images were poorly applied (edges were unclear, portions of the image were cut off). I tried MULTIPLE times with their customer service to get a refund and was refused each time. Have not had such bad service in many years. Do not waste your time and money!
