Gift arrived very late Gift arrived very late. Terrible customer service. I paid extra for expedited shipping so the gift would have plenty of time to make it for Xmas. Ordered on 12/14, supposed to arrive 3-5 days. The gift arrived on 1/12. I could not find a number to call. I emailed re my troubles and was offered a 10 percent discount, $3 dollars. I paid $9.99 for shipping. I will not be ordering from this company again. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Good socks, bad sizing Very high quality socks with almost the exact intended color and design. Only thing is the sizing- way too big! The sizing chart was misleading, making it seem as though size small was a youth size, so we ordered mediums for a high school girls’ sport team and they are much too large.

Finished product is WAY better than I… Finished product is WAY better than I imagined! I had a great experience working with customer service through a few questions and road bumps in the process (some of them admittedly my fault), and could not be more pleased with the final product. Will definitely be using them again (as the socks were given as board/staff gifts and were also a huge hit!!).

Ordered Socks and they are beautifully… Ordered Socks and they are beautifully crafted! We had an issue with receiving the socks with the wrong name applied to the design. However, our issue was addressed the same day and a new order was processed with the correct design and name. They were very understanding and professional and handled our order in a timely manner. Sizing is not what promised Everyone from this shop were great to work with an communication was wonderful, however when I placed the order I expressed this was for a YOUTH non profit organization and was assured the sizing of the socks would fit. After spending our small budget on socks they were received and even after washing do not fit my 6 year old who the organization backs. I let them know they were not what I was promised when it comes to sizing and was offered other types, which there again do not meet sizing I need. The quality was thick and good, but sizing is terrible. You should not be able to sell as youth sizing or should refund if you can not meet ones accommodations.
