LBS feel due to outstanding customer service I have used WesternBikeWorks to make a variety of bike related purchases in recent year, and each time the experience has been outstanding. Recently, I purchased a new carbon wheel set, and be I made the purchase, I called their customer service department to verify the compatibility with my current setup. They answered all of my questions. The wheels arrived quickly and were exactly what I was expecting. I installed new rotors, new tires, and a new cassette (all purchased from WBW) and I was ready to ride. Price was fair, service was terrific -- super satisfied.

I received a bad Garmin Edge 840 I received a bad Garmin Edge 840. It kept cycling off then back on automatically about every 10 minutes. I talked with Garmin Support who said they would replace it after we did some troubleshooting that did not fix the issue. I told them Westernbikeworks would handle the exchange and they did without hesitation. Thank you!
