Recently, I purchased a new carbon wheel set, and be I made the purchase, I called their customer service department to verify the compatibility with my current setup. They answered all of my questions. The wheels arrived quickly and were exactly what I was expecting. I installed new rotors, new tires, and a new cassette (all purchased from WBW) and I was ready to ride. Price was fair, service was terrific -- super satisfied.
