Great tent and quick delivery! Awesome! Tent came in great shape (which I have been looking all over for a nice backpacking tent for my boyfriend and our two dogs to fit in and it passed the test with flying colors) plus it came with a lot of amazing stickers that will go great with my traveling nalgene and backpack. Attentive Staff I spoke by phone with several salepersons from Alpenglow concerning a return (didn't like design of product) and they were all extremely helpful. Somehow I had neglected to enclose a return slip while packing the return but Nate went out of his way to facilitate the return process. Will be returning to alpenglowgear.com again for whenever my camping/outdoor gear needs may arise.

Algenglow had a good deal going on for… Algenglow had a good deal going on for july 4th, so I got a bunch of stuff. When they were processing the order, one of the items I ordered didn't have the color I selected in stock. Instead of just cancelling the item, they called me and asked if I wanted a different color instead. I think that is great.
