Great Online Experience I recently ordered some climbing gear from Alpenglow and was very impressed! My gear came quickly, was securely packaged, and in perfect condition. While I have not been able to visit in person yet, I highly recommend an online order from Alpenglow!

Great tent and quick delivery! Awesome! Tent came in great shape (which I have been looking all over for a nice backpacking tent for my boyfriend and our two dogs to fit in and it passed the test with flying colors) plus it came with a lot of amazing stickers that will go great with my traveling nalgene and backpack. Love Celeste Love Celeste! Did a half-day climbing and learning to set up anchors, cams, and some lead climbing basics one-on-one. Celeste slowed down and re-explained things when requested, enthusiastically answered questions, and was an excellent climbing partner. She is very knowledgeable and loves the mechanics! I also found the folks working in the store / for booking my climb to be very helpful and friendly.

First Purchase from this Seller This was my first experience with Alpenglow. I felt they were very responsive to my correspondences with them. When the gloves did arrive, they were as advertised. My only tick off the star list not making it a perfect experience, was the delay in getting the gloves out to me. That may have been an anomaly. This will not discourage me in looking at them again for other gear.

I wasn’t sure about the ordering /… I wasn’t sure about the ordering / payment system. But I did receive a confirmation email and order processing email. Got my package two days later with some sweet Alpenglow stickers included.
