First Purchase from this Seller This was my first experience with Alpenglow. I felt they were very responsive to my correspondences with them. When the gloves did arrive, they were as advertised. My only tick off the star list not making it a perfect experience, was the delay in getting the gloves out to me. That may have been an anomaly. This will not discourage me in looking at them again for other gear.

A Great Store with a Great Team We experienced a great customer service experience. The crew went above and beyond to get our small item moved from another store to the new space in Bangor. While we miss having the old store in Orono, the new space is roomy and the team remains a real high point.

Attentive Staff I spoke by phone with several salepersons from Alpenglow concerning a return (didn't like design of product) and they were all extremely helpful. Somehow I had neglected to enclose a return slip while packing the return but Nate went out of his way to facilitate the return process. Will be returning to alpenglowgear.com again for whenever my camping/outdoor gear needs may arise.

Great tent and quick delivery! Awesome! Tent came in great shape (which I have been looking all over for a nice backpacking tent for my boyfriend and our two dogs to fit in and it passed the test with flying colors) plus it came with a lot of amazing stickers that will go great with my traveling nalgene and backpack. Memories were made My pre-teen daughter went climbing with Celeste and had a wonderful time. Celeste was very positive and encouraging. She was confident and my daughter trusted her. I was very happy to see Celeste encourage my daughter to do things she would never have imagined. If you're on the fence, it is absolutely worth it!
