GBGreat product and great company Great product and great company. I had my ice pod for a few weeks when it started to slowly leak from one of the seams on the bottom. I filed a warranty claim and they had a new one at my front door within a week and I havenโt had any problems with the 2nd one.

GBChiller broke after 2 1/2 weeks-terrible customer service Our chiller broke after 2 1/2 weeks and their customer service was unexpectedly terrible. Took them 48 hours to respond and then another 48 to say they would send a return label. The label was sent to us another 48 hours later and they would not ship a new chiller until our broken chiller was sent back. They do not have a customer service phone number. Everything is done thru email and because of their limited hours the response is very slow! Very unacceptable. When I pay over $1700 for an item I expect to resolve an issue like this much faster. Because I was on a plane going on vacation at the same time the label was shipped I had to go a total of 4 weeks without plunging. If you do purchase from them take out the extra warranty. Iโm glad I did because I have no confidence that the chiller will last very long. Lots of other companies out there. Go with another. I sure wish we did!

GBExcellent product support We've been using the ice pod and chiller daily for the last 3 months and it has been working perfectly. We recently had to file a warranty replacement due to large tear along a seam on the top. The Pod Company was extremely responsive and we received the replacement within the next 2 days.

GBGood customer service We ordered the icepod bundle which my teenage athlete and husband have been using almost every day upon receipt. The chiller delivery came later as their delivery was delayed at customs. They communicated this along the way and updated me as to any delays and when to expect my delivery. The product so far, is stellar. Easy to follow instructions and my very precise, not scared to read the instructions teen boy was able to easily assemble it and get it working all on his own. So far, we love it. Let's see how it stands up to south Texas heat in the summer, that remains to be seen, but so far, great product!
