GBChiller broke after 2 1/2 weeks-terrible customer service Our chiller broke after 2 1/2 weeks and their customer service was unexpectedly terrible. Took them 48 hours to respond and then another 48 to say they would send a return label. The label was sent to us another 48 hours later and they would not ship a new chiller until our broken chiller was sent back. They do not have a customer service phone number. Everything is done thru email and because of their limited hours the response is very slow! Very unacceptable. When I pay over $1700 for an item I expect to resolve an issue like this much faster. Because I was on a plane going on vacation at the same time the label was shipped I had to go a total of 4 weeks without plunging. If you do purchase from them take out the extra warranty. I’m glad I did because I have no confidence that the chiller will last very long. Lots of other companies out there. Go with another. I sure wish we did!

GBReally good product! Really good product!! Awesome customer service and genuinely care about your happiness with their tubs and chiller. I bought my bath and chiller with the intention of using a few times a week, but find myself totally hooked and use every morning. I feel awesome!!

GBExcellent product support We've been using the ice pod and chiller daily for the last 3 months and it has been working perfectly. We recently had to file a warranty replacement due to large tear along a seam on the top. The Pod Company was extremely responsive and we received the replacement within the next 2 days.

GBGreat products, better customer service The ice pods themselves are awesome, but over the wintertime the drainage valve cracked during a freeze and started leaking slowly. When I contacted them about it they immediately sent me a new valve with no fuss!

GBGreat product and great company Great product and great company. I had my ice pod for a few weeks when it started to slowly leak from one of the seams on the bottom. I filed a warranty claim and they had a new one at my front door within a week and I haven’t had any problems with the 2nd one.
