I contacted customer service, and they sent me a completely new product free of charge! That is what I’m talking about. Amazing customer service. I really feel valued as a consumer.

GBI use my ice pod about 2-4 times a… I use my ice pod about 2-4 times a week. It was worth the purchase, however doesn’t maintain its temperature as well as I would like. That is the only issue I can think of. Purchase a warranty with whatever you purchase as accidents do happen, and their customer support team is very attentive and quick with solving problems! 5/5 experience and satisfaction all the way around the board.

GBGreat customer service! Great customer service! The POD Company has some really good CSR's. My shipment was delayed and even though there was no initial communication, the CSR's took great care of me.
