GBThe Pod Company Got it yesterday Update: the Sales manager called me from his personal cell tonight and had already mailed a replacement. He further explained they are working on better response time and adding a phone number to their website. I'm glad they called and are replacing immediately. The Pod Company Got it yesterday. Set it up, perfectly and the liner is leaking, there is water in between the inside liner on the bottom of the pod. It's like a water balloon! I've tried to contact this company via email as there is no way to call. I received am automated email back and no phone call. I would like to speak to a representative TODAY ON THE PHONE after spending over 1k on this system.

GBLove this ice plunge Love this ice plunge! I spent a considerable amount of time looking into ice plunges and theirs is by far the best because of how affordable it is. The Chiller and the pod are built to last and their customer service is exceptional! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plunge and their great team🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

GBIssues Resolved Quickly! Had a few issues with circulation on my chiller, began to get frustrated. However, the IcePod team was fantastic at addressing the issue and helping me get it back and running. Kudos to their team for their willingness to fix the issue in a timely fashion!

GBChiller broke after 2 1/2 weeks-terrible customer service Our chiller broke after 2 1/2 weeks and their customer service was unexpectedly terrible. Took them 48 hours to respond and then another 48 to say they would send a return label. The label was sent to us another 48 hours later and they would not ship a new chiller until our broken chiller was sent back. They do not have a customer service phone number. Everything is done thru email and because of their limited hours the response is very slow! Very unacceptable. When I pay over $1700 for an item I expect to resolve an issue like this much faster. Because I was on a plane going on vacation at the same time the label was shipped I had to go a total of 4 weeks without plunging. If you do purchase from them take out the extra warranty. I’m glad I did because I have no confidence that the chiller will last very long. Lots of other companies out there. Go with another. I sure wish we did!
