USExcellent product support We've been using the ice pod and chiller daily for the last 3 months and it has been working perfectly. We recently had to file a warranty replacement due to large tear along a seam on the top. The Pod Company was extremely responsive and we received the replacement within the next 2 days.

USBEST Cold Plunge! I absolutely love my ice pod. The size of it is perfect for my apartment patio. It's the best size for me to use. It doesn't take that long to fill up and the insulation keeps the water cool all week! Very much recommend, especially at such a great price point.

USThe Pod V2.0 is the perfect size and… The Pod V2.0 is the perfect size and with the addition of the cover it really helps keep the debris out (if you use outside) I had a split in the black outer cover of the pod itself and sent some pictures and an explanation to the customer service team, without hesitation they shipped me a new one!! Awesome service.
