GBI use my ice pod about 2-4 times a… I use my ice pod about 2-4 times a week. It was worth the purchase, however doesn’t maintain its temperature as well as I would like. That is the only issue I can think of. Purchase a warranty with whatever you purchase as accidents do happen, and their customer support team is very attentive and quick with solving problems! 5/5 experience and satisfaction all the way around the board.

GBThe Pod V2.0 is the perfect size and… The Pod V2.0 is the perfect size and with the addition of the cover it really helps keep the debris out (if you use outside) I had a split in the black outer cover of the pod itself and sent some pictures and an explanation to the customer service team, without hesitation they shipped me a new one!! Awesome service.

GBI have been wanting one of these for a… I have been wanting one of these for a while. Other than being cold as hell LOL I love it. The body recovery is great. I'll be 55 next month. Super excited to have it
