GBI use my ice pod about 2-4 times a… I use my ice pod about 2-4 times a week. It was worth the purchase, however doesn’t maintain its temperature as well as I would like. That is the only issue I can think of. Purchase a warranty with whatever you purchase as accidents do happen, and their customer support team is very attentive and quick with solving problems! 5/5 experience and satisfaction all the way around the board.

GBIssues Resolved Quickly! Had a few issues with circulation on my chiller, began to get frustrated. However, the IcePod team was fantastic at addressing the issue and helping me get it back and running. Kudos to their team for their willingness to fix the issue in a timely fashion!

GBThe Pod V2.0 is the perfect size and… The Pod V2.0 is the perfect size and with the addition of the cover it really helps keep the debris out (if you use outside) I had a split in the black outer cover of the pod itself and sent some pictures and an explanation to the customer service team, without hesitation they shipped me a new one!! Awesome service.

GBAmazing Customer Service! I had an issue with my ice pod after about a week. I love it, but the drain valve started leaking slightly. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a completely new product free of charge! That is what I’m talking about. Amazing customer service. I really feel valued as a consumer.
