GBExcellent product support We've been using the ice pod and chiller daily for the last 3 months and it has been working perfectly. We recently had to file a warranty replacement due to large tear along a seam on the top. The Pod Company was extremely responsive and we received the replacement within the next 2 days.

GBThe Pod Company Got it yesterday Update: the Sales manager called me from his personal cell tonight and had already mailed a replacement. He further explained they are working on better response time and adding a phone number to their website. I'm glad they called and are replacing immediately. The Pod Company Got it yesterday. Set it up, perfectly and the liner is leaking, there is water in between the inside liner on the bottom of the pod. It's like a water balloon! I've tried to contact this company via email as there is no way to call. I received am automated email back and no phone call. I would like to speak to a representative TODAY ON THE PHONE after spending over 1k on this system.

GBGood customer service We ordered the icepod bundle which my teenage athlete and husband have been using almost every day upon receipt. The chiller delivery came later as their delivery was delayed at customs. They communicated this along the way and updated me as to any delays and when to expect my delivery. The product so far, is stellar. Easy to follow instructions and my very precise, not scared to read the instructions teen boy was able to easily assemble it and get it working all on his own. So far, we love it. Let's see how it stands up to south Texas heat in the summer, that remains to be seen, but so far, great product!

GBIssues Resolved Quickly! Had a few issues with circulation on my chiller, began to get frustrated. However, the IcePod team was fantastic at addressing the issue and helping me get it back and running. Kudos to their team for their willingness to fix the issue in a timely fashion!
