The women on the phone was very helpful… The women on the phone was very helpful . The only thing not totally happy with is the flap around the trampoline they flip up an get in the way of jumping at times . Also the legs protrude a bit to much out from the rim of trampoline .

Great qualify Easy assembly Good value We chose a Jump Sport rebounder after reading about other rebounders and their reviews. Price was a consideration for us and Jump Sport was a value compared to similar products. It arrived promptly and only required us to attach the legs and handle. Instructions were included. The bungee cords, frame and platform were completely assembled when it arrived. We are in our 80s and bouncing & walking on the Jump Sport are so easy on our knees and hips. Looking forward to years of activity with our rebounder.

I had gotten used to the bounce with my old cables,and wanted to return the new ones and after I spoke with Michelle out of California. I don't understand why it takes so much… I don't understand why it takes so much effort to order a set of new springs for my 11X17 trampoline. Is it that hard to offer these online as replacement parts? I need to call in to get a quote and then call back with a CC number? Why so much work ?

570 pro so good!! The 570 pro is so impressive and I love it so much!! It’s firm enough to keep up with fast workouts on you tube and really good for quick health bounce .. such great quality and worth the money! I love the bigger surface too! There are no negatives about it!
