Replacement bungees I ordered replacement bungees and received them fairly quickly. They seem very durable and I also enjoy how well made the trampoline is as I have had several other brands and jumpsport is by the the best one out there

Customer service went above and beyond… Customer service went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with my new trampoline cables. I had gotten used to the bounce with my old cables,and wanted to return the new ones and after I spoke with Michelle out of California. I decided I needed to retrain myself on my jump sport trampoline. I am happy to say it’s working out Great! Thank you,

ABSOLUTELY LOVE my 350 pro! ABSOLUTELY LOVE my 350 pro!! Very sturdy, well built rebounder and it has such a quiet, soft, non jarring bounce! It is SO much easier on my joints than my Needak soft bounce spring rebounder.👍🏻I am 58 and a decades long rebounder because it is fun & so good for you. The 350 pro is my first bungee rebounder and I AM SO happy i switched to this bungee rebounder from my spring rebounder. The women on the phone was very helpful… The women on the phone was very helpful . The only thing not totally happy with is the flap around the trampoline they flip up an get in the way of jumping at times . Also the legs protrude a bit to much out from the rim of trampoline .

I've only had my Jumpstart for a week I've only had my Jumpstart for a week, but think I'm going to love it! Definitely feel the leg muscles working after just 5 min of low jumping! I am disappointed that I have to wait until May before the handlebar is available to order.
