Great customer service I ordered a new paddle and was contacted that this particular product would be back ordered for a longer period of time and gave me the option to keep the back ordered item or change my order. I appreciate the customer service.

No 30 day return policy on paddles I was initially dazzled at the price and fast delivery of my CRBN3X paddle- however, it didn’t help my game like I thought it would. After 3 days, it was apparent it wasn’t the paddle for me. I was shocked when I found out there is not a 30 day window for returns. Almost every company that sells paddles offers free returns within 30 days. Unfortunately I will not purchase from your store again, nor will I recommend it based on your return policy.

Good enough Bought a paddle. No problem but it came in a soft pack that didn’t give much protection, a concern that I have. Average shipping time. All on line, spoke to no one so I have no assessment of service.

Great Experience This was my first time shopping this site and had great experience. I’m please with with customer service and received the pickleball paddle on time. As soon as I played with the paddle (black double diamond) 14mm, I fall in love right away. I’m thinking getting 16mm as soon as it’s available thru this website. Thank you!
