Excellent Customer Service!!! Ordered some Gamma Yellow & Purple Pickleballs, called the company up to make sure they were legit. Owner picked up the phone, let me know they were a small operation and were just getting started. I received the item in less than 3-4 days from ordering!!!

No 30 day return policy on paddles I was initially dazzled at the price and fast delivery of my CRBN3X paddle- however, it didn’t help my game like I thought it would. After 3 days, it was apparent it wasn’t the paddle for me. I was shocked when I found out there is not a 30 day window for returns. Almost every company that sells paddles offers free returns within 30 days. Unfortunately I will not purchase from your store again, nor will I recommend it based on your return policy.

When I reached out to customer service, Derek replied quickly and answered any questions and concerns I had. I ordered my paddle and it was shipped the same day! The site is legit and I would definitely order from them again.
