CAWonderful Westies … My two westies are the light of our lives! However, their long white hair and sensitive skin are a continuous concern! The sudden thaw following a long cold winter required some quick and thorough grooming. Both pups are also frightened of their own shadows so the groomers had to be quick, gentle and skilled. I wish I could include the before and after photos, because their pics are priceless!

GBHORRIBLE place to have your pet… HORRIBLE place to have your pet groomed! Don't ever take your dog to PetSmart in Roseville, MN. The groomers are NOT well trained, they are unfriendly, crass, and disrespectful to your pets. Plus the store is a mess, much of the food on the shelves have gone past their expiration dates. TERRIBLE business! I'll never go there again!

GBBest Job Ever I’ve worked with Petsmart for three months now and it is literally the best job I’ve ever had as far as a corporate job goes. It is very inclusive and the employees really care about their positions and each other.

GBTerrible experience. I ordered three bags of kitty litter (world's best 15 lb bags) and it arrived in a wrecked box but most importantly with one bag taped, and of course it leaked, this obviously happened at the store/warehouse. First time I tried them instead of Chewy, guess where I'll never shop again?

GBSo this review disappeared before I… So this review disappeared before I finished. I made an appointment at your grooming salon where I have always taken my dogs. This was a new dog I had just taken as a rehomed dog. The groomer mentioned when I picked him up that he had a pretty bad dry skin condition. I checked with his vet. on our next appointment. I purchased the shampoos he said I should use but when I took him in they wanted 10.00 extra for using our own vet recommended product what kind of customer service is that? Does it take more time to do that. Is that just an xtra way to make more money That will be my last appointment and believe me I will spread the word to all my friends with dogs
