Do not buy from them. Beware! 4/2024 i bought a fish tank $200.00 it cracked and leaked water. I contacted petsmart NO customer service for a replacement or a discount on another.. but the petsmart AI said No?! To Contact the manufacturer of the fish tank..! Ok WHAT!!!? I BOUGHT IT OFF PETSMART ONLINE,RECEIPT IS PETSMART... so i re-sent my review of 1 star that tell how my interactions with petsmart was! I received the same form email.. sorry we could not help you....... do not petsmart companies understand how that customer service could had at least, offered me 30,40%??? off my next purchase! Something, if could not replace fish tank... that would have kept me as a satisfied customer!!(happy) But NO! SO I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PETSMART AGAIN...Amazon is the way to go guys! They will make you feel valued as a customer if you have any problems with items sold online( they will never tell you to go too the manufacturer) .... beware do not buy from petsmart... they do not get it.

They sell fish etc to minors, should be criminal... My grandson who is 12 years old has bought four fish tanks full of fish frogs snails etc from PetSmart via his great-grandmother who has dementia driving him there. They sold them to him, without adult permission and he's let them die and it's a crying shame. It should be criminal to sell to a minor. It's disgusting. I called PetSmart to see if they would take them back but for free but they said no, contact a private pet store.

CRUELTY to animals How can PetSmart claim to care about pets and animals when you constantly stock those beautiful fighting fish in TINY containers. Nobody looks after them. They can hardly move. They all ALWAYS DIE. PetSmart claims to care about animals. It does not. If it did it would not support this cruelty of pretending to sell these poor fish. I came into the Fredericksburg, VA, store to buy cat litter as I couldn't find it anywhere else (otherwise I would not have set a foot inside) and I saw several of these fish containers empty, but with a bright green "moss" on the bottom. As I walked past in horror, I relaized it was not moss, but the remains of the dead fish that had sunk to the bottom. At the top of your website you claim: "10,316,479 lives saved". How about admitting all the lives of these poor, helpless, trapped, sickly, forlorn fish you have ended!!!!

PetSmart uses FedEx to deliver orders… PetSmart uses FedEx to deliver orders and both PetSmart and FedEx SUCK! PetSmart customer service is a joke. Order deliveries by FedEx at your own risk, it's not worth it!
