GBPurina food filled with moths! We bought Purina pro plan sensitive skin and stomach salmon recipe for our dog and the bag turned out to be filled with moths and larvae! We still can't get them out of the house. And since it had been a few weeks before they hatched and we realized what was happening, petsmart wouldn't even refund our money. Even though I took several pictures of the tainted food. I will not buy food from petsmart again.

GBI just spent $110 to have my dog cut… I just spent $110 to have my dog cut and bathed. It was fair at best. When I got home I had to brush her for another 1/2 hour, trimmed her nails and finished drying her. I should have just done it myself.

GBBAD STORE i spoke to Brandon Bordelon PetSmart Manager Lafayette 337-984-5319 he said he does not care what the refund policy is for Training classes he will NOT give me a FULL REFUND they have lost me as a customer i reported him to the pet-smart corporate office.... What is the refund policy for Training classes? If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll work to make it right — even retaking the in-person or online dog training class for free!...A satisfaction guarantee is a promise a brand makes to assure a buyer that a refund will be issued if the buyer is not satisfied with a product or service within a certain timeframe..... Is satisfaction guaranteed legally binding? Satisfaction Guaranteed typically refers to a legally-binding express guarantee of satisfaction in the contract of a sale of goods...... UPDATE SOMEONE NEW CALLED ME FROM THE LOCAL STORE SHE SAID TOO SHE DOES NOT CARE WHAT THE REFUND POLICY IS THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND!!!

GBThe College Station CAN NOT groom dogs! The College Station groomer clipped the dog so close it caused an infection and over $300.00 in veterinary fess/supplies, not to mention the dog was INJURED. Petsmart not only will not cover the costs, the store manager was VERY rude!

GBDo not buy from them. Beware! 4/2024 i bought a fish tank $200.00 it cracked and leaked water. I contacted petsmart NO customer service for a replacement or a discount on another.. but the petsmart AI said No?! To Contact the manufacturer of the fish tank..! Ok WHAT!!!? I BOUGHT IT OFF PETSMART ONLINE,RECEIPT IS PETSMART... so i re-sent my review of 1 star that tell how my interactions with petsmart was! I received the same form email.. sorry we could not help you....... do not petsmart companies understand how that customer service could had at least, offered me 30,40%??? off my next purchase! Something, if could not replace fish tank... that would have kept me as a satisfied customer!!(happy) But NO! SO I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PETSMART AGAIN...Amazon is the way to go guys! They will make you feel valued as a customer if you have any problems with items sold online( they will never tell you to go too the manufacturer) .... beware do not buy from petsmart... they do not get it.
