GBTerrible experience. I ordered three bags of kitty litter (world's best 15 lb bags) and it arrived in a wrecked box but most importantly with one bag taped, and of course it leaked, this obviously happened at the store/warehouse. First time I tried them instead of Chewy, guess where I'll never shop again?

GBWorse than BAD We took our Shih Tsu to the PetSmart store in Tempe, AZ on 2/16/24 and will never put him through that horror story again! Like many other reviewers, we would give ZERO stars if we could. The groomer did a horrible, unprofessional job. For starters, she failed to completely rinse the shampoo from his coat, which caused extreme itching for several days. She also burned his stomach with a hot razor —and worst of all- cut his lower eyelid which got infected and swollen. After 2 days we took him to our vet who prescribed two medications for the itching and the eye infection and put a hood around his head. Total bill with vet follow-up was over $400. All this information (and documentation) was sent to the PetSmart corporate office in Phoenix by the store manager. Never heard a word back from anyone at their corporate office — not even a “WE’RE SORRY” we treated your dog so badly. They just don’t care!

GBBAD STORE i spoke to Brandon Bordelon PetSmart Manager Lafayette 337-984-5319 he said he does not care what the refund policy is for Training classes he will NOT give me a FULL REFUND they have lost me as a customer i reported him to the pet-smart corporate office.... What is the refund policy for Training classes? If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll work to make it right — even retaking the in-person or online dog training class for free!...A satisfaction guarantee is a promise a brand makes to assure a buyer that a refund will be issued if the buyer is not satisfied with a product or service within a certain timeframe..... Is satisfaction guaranteed legally binding? Satisfaction Guaranteed typically refers to a legally-binding express guarantee of satisfaction in the contract of a sale of goods...... UPDATE SOMEONE NEW CALLED ME FROM THE LOCAL STORE SHE SAID TOO SHE DOES NOT CARE WHAT THE REFUND POLICY IS THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND!!!

GBPetSmart uses FedEx to deliver orders… PetSmart uses FedEx to deliver orders and both PetSmart and FedEx SUCK! PetSmart customer service is a joke. Order deliveries by FedEx at your own risk, it's not worth it!
