This was a new dog I had just taken as a rehomed dog. The groomer mentioned when I picked him up that he had a pretty bad dry skin condition. I checked with his vet. on our next appointment. I purchased the shampoos he said I should use but when I took him in they wanted 10.00 extra for using our own vet recommended product what kind of customer service is that? Does it take more time to do that. Is that just an xtra way to make more money That will be my last appointment and believe me I will spread the word to all my friends with dogs

PetSmart's Restrictive Pickup Deadline Doesn't Work for Me Online Order for Prescription Cat Food: I called yesterday evening to the local Petsmart from which my order was to be picked up. The phone was finally answered by a young man after 12-15 minutes of repeated phone calls. He seemed to be helpful enough in responding to my request to have my order be marked as "Picked Up" in order to avoid having it canceled by Petsmart.com the following day due to PetSmart's restrictive 3-day deadline for pickup of online orders. But apparently the associate didn't realize that this had to be done online and not just with a handwritten note placed on my order! As a result, my order was cancelled by Petsmart.com and returned to the shelves in the store this morning. Only I didn't receive a notification about this until this afternoon when I already had driven the 12 or 13 miles to the store. This was upsetting, wasteful of my time and gas, and definitely not customer friendly. It will be some time before I shop at PetSmart again. Its 3 day deadline for online order pick-ups should be extended by at least a day and provided with more flexibility in the event of unseen situations that delay customer pick-up.

PetSmart uses FedEx to deliver orders… PetSmart uses FedEx to deliver orders and both PetSmart and FedEx SUCK! PetSmart customer service is a joke. Order deliveries by FedEx at your own risk, it's not worth it!

DO NOT USE AGORA TEXAS GROOMING SALON PETSMART… DO NOT USE THE GROOMING SALON PETSMART IN AGORA/SELMA TEXAS! SCHNAUZERS ESPECIALLY! 2 employees were verbally passive aggressive to let me know my schnauzer was not wanted there anymore. Quote "lets tell the truth here" and "we may not groom him anymore." My pup does not like his ears done, so as I have said before, DONT DO THEM. Been using PetSmart 15 years, 3 schnauzers. THIS LOCATION HORRIBLE. Dont worry Agora Grooming Salon, the mighty Thor will NOT grace your doors again...

Best Job Ever I’ve worked with Petsmart for three months now and it is literally the best job I’ve ever had as far as a corporate job goes. It is very inclusive and the employees really care about their positions and each other.
