HORRIBLE place to have your pet… HORRIBLE place to have your pet groomed! Don't ever take your dog to PetSmart in Roseville, MN. The groomers are NOT well trained, they are unfriendly, crass, and disrespectful to your pets. Plus the store is a mess, much of the food on the shelves have gone past their expiration dates. TERRIBLE business! I'll never go there again!

I can't believe petsmart is storing and… I can't believe petsmart is storing and shipping old expired food. I ordered 3 bags of wellness core cat food. Opened bag and put out for my 4 cats to eat and they all refused to eat. I noticed the cat food smelled like paint, chemical smell then could not believe when I saw the cat food bags expiration dates were all expired June 2022. That is almost 2 years. I would recommend ordering cat food from Amazon.

Purina food filled with moths! We bought Purina pro plan sensitive skin and stomach salmon recipe for our dog and the bag turned out to be filled with moths and larvae! We still can't get them out of the house. And since it had been a few weeks before they hatched and we realized what was happening, petsmart wouldn't even refund our money. Even though I took several pictures of the tainted food. I will not buy food from petsmart again.

Best Job Ever I’ve worked with Petsmart for three months now and it is literally the best job I’ve ever had as far as a corporate job goes. It is very inclusive and the employees really care about their positions and each other.

PetSmart uses FedEx to deliver orders… PetSmart uses FedEx to deliver orders and both PetSmart and FedEx SUCK! PetSmart customer service is a joke. Order deliveries by FedEx at your own risk, it's not worth it!
