GBThey sell fish etc to minors, should be criminal... My grandson who is 12 years old has bought four fish tanks full of fish frogs snails etc from PetSmart via his great-grandmother who has dementia driving him there. They sold them to him, without adult permission and he's let them die and it's a crying shame. It should be criminal to sell to a minor. It's disgusting. I called PetSmart to see if they would take them back but for free but they said no, contact a private pet store.

GBI can't believe petsmart is storing and… I can't believe petsmart is storing and shipping old expired food. I ordered 3 bags of wellness core cat food. Opened bag and put out for my 4 cats to eat and they all refused to eat. I noticed the cat food smelled like paint, chemical smell then could not believe when I saw the cat food bags expiration dates were all expired June 2022. That is almost 2 years. I would recommend ordering cat food from Amazon.

GBThe College Station CAN NOT groom dogs! The College Station groomer clipped the dog so close it caused an infection and over $300.00 in veterinary fess/supplies, not to mention the dog was INJURED. Petsmart not only will not cover the costs, the store manager was VERY rude!

CAWonderful Westies … My two westies are the light of our lives! However, their long white hair and sensitive skin are a continuous concern! The sudden thaw following a long cold winter required some quick and thorough grooming. Both pups are also frightened of their own shadows so the groomers had to be quick, gentle and skilled. I wish I could include the before and after photos, because their pics are priceless!

GBDeserves Negative Stars Never had an issue with the physical stores or any of their employees, my issue lies within their online pharmacy. It's an atrocious system. I work at a vet office where I can physically see my veterinarian approve my prescription request, and yet I received 3 emails over the course of 7 days telling me my prescription hasn't been approved and thus my order cannot be filled. I had to call two times to their customer service to resolve the issue, and I was technically out of my dog's medication for 4 days by the time their shipment arrived. I ended up having to get a couple capsules from CVS-which since it's for a dog cost me $49 for FIVE PILLS. An entire bottle retails for $51. So if Chewy is out of your prescription, order from literally any other pharmacy online. I can't imagine a more useless and dysfunctional pharmacy exists out there.
