Refreshing Business Model Nice bike, works as expected. The bike was well packaged for shipping and I have yet to come across any flaws. Customer service has proven to be a delight. An employee consistently answers the phone and is often helpful, too. I returned a helmet and promptly received a refund. Great bike and support, but problems EBC has been extremely helpful, but after experiencing apparently the same battery/power problem twice, I'm beginning to think my Model-R has a built-in design problem - or two. Not good. I've had to send my battery back again, and apparently for the same reason - bad contacts. Sean also warned me not to set the bike for Class-3 as that's asking for power overheating problems. Wish I'd known that before. And if the bike really shouldn't be operated as Class-3, then it shouldn't have that option. Or the "problem" should be solved with better design or components. Too bad. I love the bike - when it works.

Model A I’ve had my model A for a month now and am absolutely happy with it…the shipping was top tier and was delivered in the time window that they gave plus the build quality is premium and also I called them once about the shipping and they responded quickly…so overall I give E.B.C an A+

The bicycles were shipped sooner than… The bicycles were shipped sooner than expected and were packed very well and arrived undamaged. We really like them and was able to take mine to Oregon with me. They have been operating trouble free and have no complaints about their performance. The only problem has been the wiring that goes into the frame from the handle bars needs to be better protected.
