The bicycles were shipped sooner than… The bicycles were shipped sooner than expected and were packed very well and arrived undamaged. We really like them and was able to take mine to Oregon with me. They have been operating trouble free and have no complaints about their performance. The only problem has been the wiring that goes into the frame from the handle bars needs to be better protected.

Took almost 3 months to receive the… Took almost 3 months to receive the bike, which was longer than anticipated when initially purchasing the Model J. Second day out the bike kept shutting down randomly after 10-20 seconds with over 30% battery life. Called tech support and sent videos to try and figure out what was happening - no one had any idea. I’ve sent a follow up but still no response from “Blake” after I was told I would hear back in a couple days. As of now it seems to be working, but not sure I could recommend it to others currently.

Wonderful Company !! Wonderful people who always took the extra effort to manage any concerns or modifications I requested. We now own two Model Rs and are very happy with them. The very positive comments about EBC that I have read elsewhere are what made me approach them for new bikes. My direct experience motivated me to purchase the two bikes from them.

Sweet, Smooth Ride! My new model S from the Electric Bike Company rides like a dream! My husband and I have had a great time exploring further distances on beautiful trails. It was fun to custom design my bike with cute colors; I've had several compliments while out biking. Looking forward to many trips with my new ride!

Happy with my bike plus some concerns/suggestions I am very happy with my bike. My only complaints are that I would have liked a bit more input on frame styles and acceptable terrain when I spoke with the representative or a more comprehensive comparison chart on line that addresses that. Also, the manual needs some work. It needs more in depth information and written for ebike newbies.
