Electric bicycle I recently purchased an electric bicycle and it has been a game-changer for my cycling adventures! The electric motor provides a powerful boost when I need it, making uphill rides and longer distances a breeze. The battery life is impressive, allowing me to go on multiple rides without worrying about running out of power. The bike is comfortable to ride with its ergonomic design and smooth shifting gears. It's also versatile and practical for everyday use with its added storage space. Overall, I am thrilled with my electric bicycle and it has truly enhanced my cycling experience. Highly recommended!

2 years in and still great on the 2… 2 years in and still great on the 2 Model S bikes we have!!! Service has been fantastic, always get answers in a timely fashion! Ther is a large Facebook presence of owners also out there to share everything from ride advice to service and technical questions! Over the last few years have had friends and family purchase based upon research and our experience, dont let the cruiser look fool you into thinking these are just slow moving bikes! they haul butt, have great battery life, many, many options and again a very competent service and support group!! It has been great to see them introduce new models and options over the past few years, they keep trying to improve and innovate!

Great bike and support, but problems EBC has been extremely helpful, but after experiencing apparently the same battery/power problem twice, I'm beginning to think my Model-R has a built-in design problem - or two. Not good. I've had to send my battery back again, and apparently for the same reason - bad contacts. Sean also warned me not to set the bike for Class-3 as that's asking for power overheating problems. Wish I'd known that before. And if the bike really shouldn't be operated as Class-3, then it shouldn't have that option. Or the "problem" should be solved with better design or components. Too bad. I love the bike - when it works.

Solid My wife and I both purchased EBC bikes after having had the opportunity to ride e-bikes rented in Port Angeles WA. We rode EBC e-bikes and were very impressed, so much so we both decided we wanted to purchase our own e-bikes. The bike business owner highly recommended EBC bikes to us. After completing our research on e-bike manufacturers we determined that EBC was the best manufacturer to go with. We aren’t disappointed!!! The EBC bikes are head turners of other e-bike owners we pass. My model R is all I could ask for. A very solid and comfortable ride! My wife and I are encouraging family and friends to join the e-bike community and go with EBC.

CYC Photon Specialized Roll Installed the CYC Photo on a Specialized Roll with a mini max 52v battery. EBC was very helpful throughout the whole process. The bike is amazing now with the mid drive motor.
