Took almost 3 months to receive the… Took almost 3 months to receive the bike, which was longer than anticipated when initially purchasing the Model J. Second day out the bike kept shutting down randomly after 10-20 seconds with over 30% battery life. Called tech support and sent videos to try and figure out what was happening - no one had any idea. I’ve sent a follow up but still no response from “Blake” after I was told I would hear back in a couple days. As of now it seems to be working, but not sure I could recommend it to others currently.

Happy with my bike plus some concerns/suggestions I am very happy with my bike. My only complaints are that I would have liked a bit more input on frame styles and acceptable terrain when I spoke with the representative or a more comprehensive comparison chart on line that addresses that. Also, the manual needs some work. It needs more in depth information and written for ebike newbies.

MAJOR BATTERY ISSUES I could not be more frustrated with my EBC bike. All the introductory material says that you should charge your battery every 2-3 months. Which I did. But then my battery went into sleep mode, which apparently can happen if you don't charge the battery for just a couple weeks. What is the solution? Get a separate charger that costs $200+. I didn't have that money, when I finally did about 6 months later, it didn't work. Upon calling the service line I was told in a very cavalier manner that there are now dead cells and I would need a new battery. I have MANY batteries in drones, high end cameras, and other equipment. None of those batteries behave in this matter, and it renders this very expensive piece of equipment almost useless. Please look elsewhere, this is not the place to get your e-bike.

Electric Bike Company for the Win! EBC makes a great product. Well built and well engineered. They have great customer service and are willing to go above and beyond. My wife and I have the Model E bikes and we absolutely love riding around town, handling errands, and enjoying keeping the vehicles parked during a majority of the spring, summer, and fall. If you're considering an e-bike purchase, would definitely recommend to anyone to look into the various models from EBC. They will take care of you at purchase and more importantly, down the road.

Just got back from a 10 day trip to… Just got back from a 10 day trip to Colorado, including Breckinridge, where we rode our bikes almost daily. We were stopped numerous times by other bikers and asked about our bikes. Not only are they "stylish" they worked and rode perfectly!
