GBCYC Photon Specialized Roll Installed the CYC Photo on a Specialized Roll with a mini max 52v battery. EBC was very helpful throughout the whole process. The bike is amazing now with the mid drive motor.

GBElectric Bike Company for the Win! EBC makes a great product. Well built and well engineered. They have great customer service and are willing to go above and beyond. My wife and I have the Model E bikes and we absolutely love riding around town, handling errands, and enjoying keeping the vehicles parked during a majority of the spring, summer, and fall. If you're considering an e-bike purchase, would definitely recommend to anyone to look into the various models from EBC. They will take care of you at purchase and more importantly, down the road.

GBTook almost 3 months to receive the… Took almost 3 months to receive the bike, which was longer than anticipated when initially purchasing the Model J. Second day out the bike kept shutting down randomly after 10-20 seconds with over 30% battery life. Called tech support and sent videos to try and figure out what was happening - no one had any idea. I’ve sent a follow up but still no response from “Blake” after I was told I would hear back in a couple days. As of now it seems to be working, but not sure I could recommend it to others currently.

GBGreat bike and support, but problems EBC has been extremely helpful, but after experiencing apparently the same battery/power problem twice, I'm beginning to think my Model-R has a built-in design problem - or two. Not good. I've had to send my battery back again, and apparently for the same reason - bad contacts. Sean also warned me not to set the bike for Class-3 as that's asking for power overheating problems. Wish I'd known that before. And if the bike really shouldn't be operated as Class-3, then it shouldn't have that option. Or the "problem" should be solved with better design or components. Too bad. I love the bike - when it works.
