GBHorrible costumer service for any issues Loved the bike! Unfortunately, mine was delivered bent/scratched up and after emailing, sending photos and following up for several months - no one has been able to assist in replacing the part. The continuous response from Marc has been that the part is not available and he does not have an eta for when it’ll be at the warehouse… it’s been one year!! Never again.

GBA great article A great article! For me, at age 90, the secret to a “good ride” is a dropper seat post. I can lower it to the bottom as I approach a stop and put both feet on the ground. When underway I can raise the seat to a comfortable pedaling stance. As such, I own a quality Trek Remedy 8 mountain bike for single track trail riding and a Trek e-caliber mountain bike (e-bike) for pavement riding. Staying in shape to enjoy riding them is an “every other day” event at the Sun City fitness center (winter time).

GBOrdered three bikes and they are great! We ordered three bikes for our girls and they are great! Comfortable ride and perfect fit. Received a damaged part and they were willing to replace it right away! Would definitely recommend!

GBMy battery stopped working not… My battery stopped working not gradually as you would expect but suddenly when I went over a curb as if something became disconnected. I tried another battery and it worked fine. When I contacted Sixthreezero they wouldn't look at it or repair it, at my expense, or replace it. My bike is a year and a half old, hardly old enough to be rendered useless. I was told to go buy a new battery at $500.00. Obviously I'm very disappointed and will never do business with this company again and recommend you buy from a different company.

Being a fellow customer service representative, she has held my hand till the end! Whatever the inquiry, from January till now, she had an answer or did not mind doing the research to find the answer. During our last email conversation on April 26th, 2024, she went above and beyond, even though it wasn't protocol she was able to get me complementary replacment plastic grip stoppers and I couldn't be more thankful. Thank you so much Cora! She should be leading workshops on customer service because I am a satisfied customer.
