USHorrible costumer service for any issues Loved the bike! Unfortunately, mine was delivered bent/scratched up and after emailing, sending photos and following up for several months - no one has been able to assist in replacing the part. The continuous response from Marc has been that the part is not available and he does not have an eta for when it’ll be at the warehouse… it’s been one year!! Never again.

USGreat Bike! Took a while for me to figure out some of the assembly instructions, but it may have been because I was tired. I put it away til the next morning, reread the instructions and it made more sense. Needed to make a few adjustments after quick trial ride and then all was fine. It was "okay" comfortable with seat it came with but I'm glad I ordered the larger seat. It looks a little silly, but I don't care because it's comfortable! I've gotten a lot of compliments on the color (mint green). I thought the helmet was too small (ordered large), but after watching the online video, I realized I could adjust it and it was fine. All in all, I'm VERY happy with my bike and looking forward to many rides!

USTrust is important I love the bike! It is a HEAVY bike though so beware 30+#). I reached out to customer service SEVERAL times because I had a part missing and needed some assistance. I assume the 5 month, after purchase contact from the company is why I'm responding AGAIN. I NEVER heard back from them regarding the missing part or the free bell ( I already DID leave a review on Amazon for the free bell). Not happy with the NON COMMUNICATION from sixthreezero but again, the bike is pretty and so far seems a good, solid bicycle.

USLove the bike, support not so much Love the bike, instructions could be better. Customer support needs improvement as well. It was very hard to reach anyone. Fender kit came missing a spacer with bolts that were too small and would not work. Support required several pictures to prove (whos going to lie for a few extra bolts). Was sent the exact same thing with no spacer. Ended up having to purchase the correct hardware from my local hardware store. Also if the bike only comes in black and has black hardware why only do silver with the fenders? It looks cheap

USA great article A great article! For me, at age 90, the secret to a “good ride” is a dropper seat post. I can lower it to the bottom as I approach a stop and put both feet on the ground. When underway I can raise the seat to a comfortable pedaling stance. As such, I own a quality Trek Remedy 8 mountain bike for single track trail riding and a Trek e-caliber mountain bike (e-bike) for pavement riding. Staying in shape to enjoy riding them is an “every other day” event at the Sun City fitness center (winter time).
