Super fast delivery Super fast delivery, my item arrived the following day. 1 star minus since I did not receive any order confirmation nor tracking number after the payment. I was wondering if my order was placed correctly or if I did a mistake. Luckily I took a screenshot of the order number and contacted customer service. They directly assisted and informed that my parcel has already arrived - which was true! They sent me nonetheless the missing information and were super fast, friendly and efficient - great customer service!

They not only guided me through the process step by step, but also provided me with further information on their own initiative (for example, when the parcel was dropped off at a parcel store). Great quality and very durable strong products I bought the kids professional MMA and boxing training bag with gloves and an additional purchase of wall bracket as a Christmas gift for my son who's MMA mad and been through more bags than imaginable, and I just say the quality of all products purchaded from RDX are of high quality and very durable. One month of outdoor use and it still looks brand new and not a bend in the bracket either. Made one little lad very happy at Christmas and closer to his goals.
