I have very low standards for British… I have very low expectations for British customer service these days so I was pleasantly suprised when I got a ‘wow’ customer experience moment with RDX. I buy from them regularly but this was the first time I had to contact support, they resolved my issue without any hesitation within minutes of opening the live chat. This is why I’ll continue buying from them. Keep it up guys, carry on setting the standards for great customer service!

Great quality and very durable strong products I bought the kids professional MMA and boxing training bag with gloves and an additional purchase of wall bracket as a Christmas gift for my son who's MMA mad and been through more bags than imaginable, and I just say the quality of all products purchaded from RDX are of high quality and very durable. One month of outdoor use and it still looks brand new and not a bend in the bracket either. Made one little lad very happy at Christmas and closer to his goals. Will definitely be ordering from RDX again in the near future and going forward!

This gives both confidence to recommend to others and to place further orders. Super fast delivery Super fast delivery, my item arrived the following day. 1 star minus since I did not receive any order confirmation nor tracking number after the payment. I was wondering if my order was placed correctly or if I did a mistake. Luckily I took a screenshot of the order number and contacted customer service. They directly assisted and informed that my parcel has already arrived - which was true! They sent me nonetheless the missing information and were super fast, friendly and efficient - great customer service!
