Appalling service Appalling service . Ordered an item for my partners birthday . Courier they used never delivered the item. I reached out to RDX who initially said they had arranged for courier to delivery to me the following day . Day came to an end and no delivery . I emailed RDX who then said the courier would not be delivering to me . Now no present for My partner . I’ve basically Waited in my flat all day for 3 days for no reason and RDX failed to deliver the goods.

Very reliable and helpful Very reliable and helpful The shipment arrived quickly, but unfortunately I had chosen the wrong size. The team supported me quickly and easily with the return and exchange. They not only guided me through the process step by step, but also provided me with further information on their own initiative (for example, when the parcel was dropped off at a parcel store). Whenever there was a delay in the process, I was kept up to date by customer service and they also followed up when steps were delayed on my part. Highly recommended.

When my parcel was lost in transit, customer service immediately took ownership of the problem, I was then kept informed of progress with daily emails, offered realistic choices, and this issue was swiftly resolved. This gives both confidence to recommend to others and to place further orders. Where after-sales service can be woefully lacking when things go wrong, it is refreshing to deal with a company whom clearly value their customers and go the extra mile. Highly recommended.
