Had a slight delay with part of the order as the courier had misplaced it (no fault of RDX) but the team at RDX were quick to resolve the issue and extremely helpful. Great products and customer service Purchased the RDX F6 6ft Kara Black Free-Standing Punch Bag With Mitts Set for daughter - which looks great so far. Still setting everything up but no mitts so contacted customer service who sent these out the next day. Brilliant customer service - quick to deal with queries/issues, very helpful and efficient. This is now my go to company for fitness/boxing related equipment. Am already eyeing up a couple of other products that are currently out of stock but happy to wait until back in stock.
