QUALITY & CUSTOMER CENTRIC! Quality of the items I ordered is absolutely fantastic and I’m sure they will last for years to come. Had a slight delay with part of the order as the courier had misplaced it (no fault of RDX) but the team at RDX were quick to resolve the issue and extremely helpful. Other companies should take note, RDX champion customer service. Can’t fault them! I will be returning for more items in the near future.

I have very low standards for British… I have very low expectations for British customer service these days so I was pleasantly suprised when I got a ‘wow’ customer experience moment with RDX. I buy from them regularly but this was the first time I had to contact support, they resolved my issue without any hesitation within minutes of opening the live chat. They not only guided me through the process step by step, but also provided me with further information on their own initiative (for example, when the parcel was dropped off at a parcel store).
