Great service/maintenance department I have not yet purchased a bike from them, but I can vouch for their service department. They are always friendly and helpful, and don't give me funny looks when I bring in our bikes that were previously bought elsewhere. We have old bikes and a one newer kid's bike, and we get the same great treatment each time. Prices are reasonable, especially for a specialty shop (not a box store). They genuinely want you to have a book biking experience.

It really turned out to be the best choice for me amongst allot of competition. Knowledgeable and friendly over all amazing We recently purchased two mountain bikes from Folsom Bike and could not have been happier with all the help we received. Delaney treated us like we were his only priority even though we were unsure if we were purchasing at that time. He was able answer all our questions (and we had a lot) and seemed to not only be extremely knowledgeable but also has a real love of the sport. The atmosphere of the shop is friendly and comfortable for all levels of riders. Folsom Bike is our ‘go to’ place for all things cycling!!! Our son Skyler is looking forward to joining their jr. mountain bikers in the fall.

Amazing staff! The staff at Folsom Bike are not your typical bikers! They are thoughtful, never pushy, curious and genuine about your wants and needs as a rider. They were so kind and thorough in the bike selling process, were happy to answer so many questions, and saw the process all the way through over multiple days of visits and trials.

Highly Recommend Folsom Bike Great experience and no pressure to buy. Test rode two bikes and ordered the one I wanted. Was in my possession in less than a week assembled and ready to ride. Delaney, the sales person who assisted me was awesome; low key, accommodating and knowledable. Overall a great experience.
