I bought Trek FX2 and have very good… I bought Trek FX2 and have very good experience with purchase as well as bike. They are helpful and give good suggestions on what bike will suit as per your height and features of bikes. That narrows down your search criteria. I have just started biking and Trek FX2 is really nice. I am enjoying it.

Amazing staff! The staff at Folsom Bike are not your typical bikers! They are thoughtful, never pushy, curious and genuine about your wants and needs as a rider. They were so kind and thorough in the bike selling process, were happy to answer so many questions, and saw the process all the way through over multiple days of visits and trials.

Horrible horrible Horrible horrible! My sister took my race wheels to Folsom Bike. They had difficulty figuring out how to switch them and then when taking them back to exchange them out completely messed up the cassettes. Gave me a completely wrong, old, stripped cassette. Had to buy another one. Never never take your bike to them for anything unless you want to have to buy everything again!

FB Service Staff and Mechanics The Folsom Bike service staff and mechanics are great. I took my two road bikes to the El Dorado store. One for a major tuneup and the other for pretty much a complete rebuild. Both bikes are now equipped with 2015 Campy Chorus components. Both bikes ride flawlessly and are very quiet on the road. Absolutely perfect shifting and braking. They know how to work with Campy components.
