Only trustworthy shop in town Great customer service and bike service/repair. It's frustrating when you spend $100 for a tune-up and find out on your next ride the repair wasn't done correctly. This never happens at Folsom Bike/EDH Bike & Tri.

I bought Trek FX2 and have very good… I bought Trek FX2 and have very good experience with purchase as well as bike. They are helpful and give good suggestions on what bike will suit as per your height and features of bikes. That narrows down your search criteria. I have just started biking and Trek FX2 is really nice. I am enjoying it.

Horrible horrible Horrible horrible! My sister took my race wheels to Folsom Bike. They had difficulty figuring out how to switch them and then when taking them back to exchange them out completely messed up the cassettes. Gave me a completely wrong, old, stripped cassette. Had to buy another one. Never never take your bike to them for anything unless you want to have to buy everything again!

Highly Recommend Folsom Bike Great experience and no pressure to buy. Test rode two bikes and ordered the one I wanted. Was in my possession in less than a week assembled and ready to ride. Delaney, the sales person who assisted me was awesome; low key, accommodating and knowledable. Overall a great experience.
