It's a great place to help out a beginner from supplies, bikes, service and support. Shopped many places and even had places that said only customers got to test ride bikes to another than wouldn't unlock the bikes for a closer look. Let's just say they went over the top to let me test ride several bikes, help me finish my selection process to loaning a bike when my ordered bike was taking too long. The service is above and beyond.

FB Service Staff and Mechanics The Folsom Bike service staff and mechanics are great. I took my two road bikes to the El Dorado store. One for a major tuneup and the other for pretty much a complete rebuild. Both bikes are now equipped with 2015 Campy Chorus components. Both bikes ride flawlessly and are very quiet on the road. Absolutely perfect shifting and braking. They know how to work with Campy components.

the bike was totally transformed into… the bike was totally transformed into the silky smooth Italian machine it was meant to be!! in addition Matt suggested a small upgrade piece for my cyclometer (center mount gizmo) which they mounted for free while I waited..it’s actually a bonafide safety feature preventing you from dropping your gaze almost straight down (at your stem) and instead lowering your gaze just a few degrees - brilliant — thx to all involved — Kelly C. Personal & Knowledgeable Patrick and Scott at the EDH location were so helpful and fun to talk to while we explored options for our first bikes! Then we went to the Folsom location and Chris helped us in renting a Burley trailer to test out with our little one. We are new customers, but plan on becoming regulars!! Customer service and product quality are outstanding!

Great customer service Great customer service, very knowledgeable service staff, and fair prices. I've been going to them since they opened, both in Folsom & El Dorado Hills locations, and definitely feel they are the best bike shop around.
