Great service/maintenance department I have not yet purchased a bike from them, but I can vouch for their service department. They are always friendly and helpful, and don't give me funny looks when I bring in our bikes that were previously bought elsewhere. We have old bikes and a one newer kid's bike, and we get the same great treatment each time. Prices are reasonable, especially for a specialty shop (not a box store). They genuinely want you to have a book biking experience.

They are helpful and give good suggestions on what bike will suit as per your height and features of bikes. That narrows down your search criteria. I have just started biking and Trek FX2 is really nice. I am enjoying it.

I have purchased 3 bikes from Folsom… I have purchased 3 bikes from Folsom Bike Shop and each experience was great. The products they sell are of the highest quality at a very competitive price. Chris, the manager at the shop by the Dam, fitted me and allowed me to ride 4 bikes when trying to determine which road bike was best for my needs. The road tests were instrumental to finding the right bike within my budget. Delaney was awesome as usual when helping find the right "camping" bike for my next trip. He also arranged for the shop to install my new Thule rack on my 4 Runner to add to my convenience. Great work everyone!

Personal & Knowledgeable Patrick and Scott at the EDH location were so helpful and fun to talk to while we explored options for our first bikes! Then we went to the Folsom location and Chris helped us in renting a Burley trailer to test out with our little one. We are new customers, but plan on becoming regulars!! Customer service and product quality are outstanding!

Only trustworthy shop in town Great customer service and bike service/repair. It's frustrating when you spend $100 for a tune-up and find out on your next ride the repair wasn't done correctly. This never happens at Folsom Bike/EDH Bike & Tri.
