Personal & Knowledgeable Patrick and Scott at the EDH location were so helpful and fun to talk to while we explored options for our first bikes! Then we went to the Folsom location and Chris helped us in renting a Burley trailer to test out with our little one. We are new customers, but plan on becoming regulars!! Customer service and product quality are outstanding!

Great service/maintenance department I have not yet purchased a bike from them, but I can vouch for their service department. They are always friendly and helpful, and don't give me funny looks when I bring in our bikes that were previously bought elsewhere. We have old bikes and a one newer kid's bike, and we get the same great treatment each time. Prices are reasonable, especially for a specialty shop (not a box store). They genuinely want you to have a book biking experience.

Enjoy everything about this shop from… Enjoy everything about this shop from the sales, service and adjoining coffee shop. It's a great place to help out a beginner from supplies, bikes, service and support. Shopped many places and even had places that said only customers got to test ride bikes to another than wouldn't unlock the bikes for a closer look. Let's just say they went over the top to let me test ride several bikes, help me finish my selection process to loaning a bike when my ordered bike was taking too long. The service is above and beyond.

the bike was totally transformed into… the bike was totally transformed into the silky smooth Italian machine it was meant to be!! in addition Matt suggested a small upgrade piece for my cyclometer (center mount gizmo) which they mounted for free while I waited..it’s actually a bonafide safety feature preventing you from dropping your gaze almost straight down (at your stem) and instead lowering your gaze just a few degrees - brilliant — thx to all involved — Kelly C. Best Bike Shop in Sacramento I've been a customer since they opened. Great selection of bikes ( road, mountain, cruisers, ...), and supporting equipment. Combine the inventory with a great sales and service team; owners who are connected to their customers, and store sponsored bike clubs and you have the best bike shop in SacTown. I'd recommend them to anyone...whether it's your first bike or if you're looking for something over the top wicked cool. ...So happy this business is in our city.
