I ordered 3 Life Fitness machines… I ordered 3 different machines from the Fitness Super Store and there were some issues that arose as part of the delivery process. Tim the owner quickly got involved with my situation and bent over backwards getting things resolved. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process and made things right in the end. As the owner of a national company myself I truly appreciate good service and follow through. Expert Help And Advice Went to Fitness Superstore Sheffield to view treadmills & was assisted by store Manager Justin Logan. It was very good to have a one to one conversation in person and to be advised on the different models available and which would be best suited to our needs, it means a lot when we know very little on the matter. Justin was most welcoming, helpful and even let us try them out, after which we made a there and then purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Best purchase ever! I had a few questions about buying a personal gym and wasnt sure if it was the right way to go but after talking to Nolissa at Fitness Superstore it was a no brainer. I was able to not only purchase the gym I wanted but was also able to use their deliver and put together team. My machine was delivered within a few weeks and hooked up within a little bit and before you know it I was ready to lift. I would highly recommend using them for your gym purchases!

Top notch customer service I picked up an elliptical at their facility and took it to Portland in my pickup. They measured my truck bed and custom built a pallet to fit. Then they secured the machine to it so it was rock solid and wrapped it thoroughly to protect it from any rain. I was very impressed. I did have a warranty claim for a button that wasn't working correctly, so they sent a technician to my home and fixed it. Easy Peasy! I've been recommending Fitness Superstore to everyone ever since.
