Amazing Customer Service Customer service has been amazing. They exchanged a couple rounds of emails to help make sure I ordered the correct skewers for my long-tail cargo bike that I modified to have a wider rear hub. Seriously, I wish they sold a greater variety of products so I could buy more of my bike parts from such a helpful company. Shipping has been delayed, but by everything I can tell it's due to national shipping bottlenecks, not because of any delay at the company. The order was sent out very quickly.

Great business and my go-to This is the third time I've ordered items over the past 10 years or so. It's really comforting to know that the fantastic customer service hasn't changed, the selection of items hasn't changed (my bicycle is only 9 years old and I'm not ready for a new one!) and items are shipped on time and with care. With this order, I did have one question that I submitted in the comments box of my order. I got a response the next morning and my question was completely resolved. Then I received an eMail update confirming the resolution. The shipping progress updates were also a nice touch, and the package arrived today- 4 days after the order was placed. YAY!

pitlocks and spares made easy A great source for Pitlock skewers, spares, and more. Pitlock skewers are highly effective and last a long time, but use special washers that wear out and are easy to lose. Urban Bike Tech has spares, cheap. Not only could I get a new bike's worth of skewers on my existing key code, but I got to refurbish my old set, too.

Excellent Customer Service I was planning a long-term bike trip across the United States and Latin America and had a lot of questions about the Pitlock devices. Jason was quick to respond with detailed answers, address any concerns, and give honest feedback. He didn't push me to purchase, but rather gave me the information I needed and let me come to my own conclusions. He was quick to ship and even sent me a few extra washers for free.
