Amazing Customer Service Customer service has been amazing. They exchanged a couple rounds of emails to help make sure I ordered the correct skewers for my long-tail cargo bike that I modified to have a wider rear hub. Seriously, I wish they sold a greater variety of products so I could buy more of my bike parts from such a helpful company. Shipping has been delayed, but by everything I can tell it's due to national shipping bottlenecks, not because of any delay at the company. The order was sent out very quickly.

Combining my Abus 540 U lock with my Pitlock quick release wheel locks and head lock, provides an efficient way to secure my bike, traveling with minimal bulk and weight.
