good stuff I appreciate the helpful measuring guides on the site, fast shipping, and great parts

Lousy at shipping I've ordered from this company twice both times I've had to wait far too long to get my parts. I know they are located here in California but, this time my parts shipped from New Jersey. Which shouldn't matter but yesterday my stuff was in Reno 100 miles from me. Today when I didn't get my package I discovered that it is apparently on its way to effng Atlanta

Top notch customer service Jason was fantastic! I just bought my first bike and was struggling to find locking skewers that would fit it (the frame lacks the usual dropout notches). Jason called me back, calmed me down, and walked me through my options - and he was exceedingly warm and friendly despite me being an obviously flustered bike-newbie. I'm grateful he took the time to understand my concerns, and his good attitude made my morning!

Excellent Customer Service I was planning a long-term bike trip across the United States and Latin America and had a lot of questions about the Pitlock devices. Jason was quick to respond with detailed answers, address any concerns, and give honest feedback. He didn't push me to purchase, but rather gave me the information I needed and let me come to my own conclusions. He was quick to ship and even sent me a few extra washers for free. Combine Pitlock. Redundant security measures are needed for protecting any bike and it's parts. Combining my Abus 540 U lock with my Pitlock quick release wheel locks and head lock, provides an efficient way to secure my bike, traveling with minimal bulk and weight. Shout out to Jason for providing great customer service and support.
