Great business and my go-to This is the third time I've ordered items over the past 10 years or so. It's really comforting to know that the fantastic customer service hasn't changed, the selection of items hasn't changed (my bicycle is only 9 years old and I'm not ready for a new one!) and items are shipped on time and with care. With this order, I did have one question that I submitted in the comments box of my order. I got a response the next morning and my question was completely resolved. Then I received an eMail update confirming the resolution. The shipping progress updates were also a nice touch, and the package arrived today- 4 days after the order was placed. YAY!
