Lousy at shipping I've ordered from this company twice both times I've had to wait far too long to get my parts. I know they are located here in California but, this time my parts shipped from New Jersey. Which shouldn't matter but yesterday my stuff was in Reno 100 miles from me. Today when I didn't get my package I discovered that it is apparently on its way to effng Atlanta

Great business and my go-to This is the third time I've ordered items over the past 10 years or so. It's really comforting to know that the fantastic customer service hasn't changed, the selection of items hasn't changed (my bicycle is only 9 years old and I'm not ready for a new one!) and items are shipped on time and with care. With this order, I did have one question that I submitted in the comments box of my order. I got a response the next morning and my question was completely resolved. Then I received an eMail update confirming the resolution. The shipping progress updates were also a nice touch, and the package arrived today- 4 days after the order was placed. YAY!

Amazing Customer Service Customer service has been amazing. They exchanged a couple rounds of emails to help make sure I ordered the correct skewers for my long-tail cargo bike that I modified to have a wider rear hub. Seriously, I wish they sold a greater variety of products so I could buy more of my bike parts from such a helpful company. Shipping has been delayed, but by everything I can tell it's due to national shipping bottlenecks, not because of any delay at the company. The order was sent out very quickly.

Nice feeling of security Really nice screws, wish I had option to purchase bolt sets without the tool since I now have 6x tools. Also need to order larger sizes, but it's nice to have extras to secure family and friends' bikes for them. Overall, very nice product worth the $$ spent.
