Awesome scooter; questionable QA Awesome scooter and great customer service. Questionable quality control. Unfortunately, my scooter shipped with screws holding the collar and the handle bars to the frame that were too small causing them to strip after 3 months of very light use (failing on the second day of a two week vacation with my 10 year old daughter). Could have been serious if they failed at speed. Luckily customer service was quick to acknowledge the error and approve the repair (nothing could be done for my vacation, though). It came back repaired in short order. Customer service follow up has also been incredibly impressive.

I am a 61 year old male and bought my… I am a 61 year old male and bought my Xootr in early summer 2018 so that I could more easily move around the many summer outdoor festivals that I produce. It performed perfectly! However, an issue developed with a connective part during my final festival of the season, but I was able to "jury rig" it and got through. Following the event, I reached out to Xootr who insisted that I return it to them (free shipping!) so that they could either repair or replace it. In less than 2 weeks, my original Xootr was returned, fixed and as good as new! Couldn't be happier with the item and with the treatment I received from customer service!

I had only few improvements: - 2 weeks after i received an old model xootr introduced the new unlock mechanism. I wish i was being informed of my options at that time. - an old model is making noise on the back wheel when the weight is moving from one side to the other - no mechanism to absorb the bad city roads...

Very disappointed The Xootr rides beautifully, but I've had sooooo many problems maintaining it. Parts get loose very often (it's only 1 year old). The folding mechanism "QuickClick" button became super hard to operate after a couple of months - it's very hard to fold and unfold. Also the lever to adjust the height keeps needing to be adjusted all the time. For a $250 Xootr, I feel this is really bad value for money. I would not recommend it or buy it again, which is unfortunate becase when it works fine, it does ride great.

Definitely worth the money I paid,my… Definitely worth the money I paid,my son is a big boy, he's 6'2" about 350lbs.My son is high functioning Autistic,not only is this scooter easy for him to use,it holds his weight with no problem,and he also gets the workout he needs. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for good scooter,Best buy I've done by far
