Campagnolo crankset listed a new, should be 'open box.' Purchased Campagnolo carbon crankset listed as 'new', i.e., in original box. Arrived in a large carton, with only a bit of paper to protect, and with some inevitable nicks on left crank arm from chainwheel. Not worth the hassle of returning as probably OK structurally, but certainly not what I expected to receive.

Attention to detail……. I waited on my order for almost a week and nothing came so I called and left a message and you responded and told me that you guys dropped the ball and you will get my order going the next day. So I guess you must’ve sent it overnight because it got here like two days later so all in all it was good it would’ve been better if no one dropped the ball but it was good no worries I’ll order from you again…..thanks

Excellent customer service and shipping I called for more info on the bottom bracket and someone answered within a couple rings and answered all my questions! I am amazed at the customer services as well as low prices/shipping. I got my package the next day for free living in (Utah Valley).
